The goal for my cycle since I started logging on Evolutionary was to run more of a cut/recomp cycle and I’m very excited to bring home these last 8-12 weeks running Oxygen Pharm Test Enanthate, and Oxygen Pharm Masteron Propionate. I’ll be posting daily updates with my workouts, and progress pics along the way. I’ve come a long way since May of last year and am very excited to see where Oxygen Pharm gear will take me.

I’ll be running PPL-R-PPL split with a decent stack of gear to support it. On top of my workout regiment I work long physical days as a lineman, and any free time I have is spent supporting my pregnant wife who is currently pregnant with twin boys, due June 17 (or earlier), and my 3.5 year old son.

As with my previous log, I'm an open book and open to feedback, suggestions, and comments on both my gear, workouts, and supplements. I'm always looking to learn and become more knowledgeable in areas that are all very new to me.

The gear I will be running per week is:

500mg Oxygen Pharm Test Enanthate
250mg Oxygen Pharm Masteron Propionate
5mg Oxygen Pharm Cialis
25mg Proviron (daily)
2iu HGH (daily)

With that divided into daily injections. I’ll take proviron to keep my SHBG low and give me more free testosterone, and have aromasin on hand if E2 issues arise. I’m hoping the masteron will help keep that in check. I have bloodwork scheduled for this Friday, May 15th, and will do another set of bloodwork 2-3 weeks after that to make sure everything is in check.

I’ll also be running a bunch of supporting vitamins, peptides, and supplements for overall health.
BPC-157 (as required)
TB500 (as required)
4mg Retatrutide (weekly)
Vitamin C, digestive enzymes, fish oils, Vitamin D3 with K2, NAC, milk thistle, TUDCA, melatonin, magnesium, zinc, multivitamin, taurine, probiotics, psyllium husk powder

So i so mainly quads, i rotate 4-6 spots along with my delts sometimes. I have to brace good as i have shaky hands and bad dexterity from the seizures. I rotate from thigh to thigh and quad muscle to quad muscle.

I found my vastus medialis hates pins lol. And delts, ill need to get some 1/2" needles. 1" is too long. Lol. Hard to brace at delts too, ive been considering bicep lately.

Just the thought of bicep pinning makes me squirm...let me know how you make out if you try it 😅
 
Been using Oxygen Test E for about 3 weeks now, and it's super smooth, no pip, going to get blood work in about a week and will post it. Found these guys on another forum but glad to see they are getting love on the Evo forum. The rep is a super good guy that's answered all my questions and been super helpful and shipping was like 2 days on my doorstep after payment. The pricing is super competitive as well.

How's the cycle with Deca and EQ. Does it helps with the estrogen/progesterone offset with the EQ? Hows the Deca depression goes?

I'm running T400, Mast E and EQ now. Dropped my small dose of Tren.

Shit called out! I’ve been slacking man, been in the gym consistently but slacking on my diet and goals, probably need that log to help me stay on track. Good looking out @HarleyGuy, god damn memory like an elephant.

The log is the perfect way to stay consistent. This way you’re not only disappointing yourself if you eat like shit or miss a workout but you’re disappointing @LevButlerov and @HarleyGuy and they’ll call you out while building you up and turn you into an all around animal in the gym. 😂

Hey bro. So i ran sust and eq til 2 days ago pinning EOD. I just started pinning @OxygenPharm gear (T400 700mg weekly/Deca 343mg weekly/EQ 343mg weekly) yesterday. So as to the deca depression, its to soon to tell, but im running t400:deca 2:1 to counter act deca dick atleast. Its my first cycle as well.

EQ in general, i had bloods done on 250mg sust + 40mg daily var, then added 200mg EQ and did 4 week bloods with EQ without changing any variables to see how EQ works for me on the e2 front for future reference.

Progesterone i never got on my bloodwork.
