Since I finished a pretty big bulk I’m now at 20% bf, how many mg of reta do you think I’ll need to go from 20% to 12% bf in reasonable time
Try and find minimum effective dose, start with 1mg, that may work for you. Adjust up if necessary

Full disclosure, im biased when it comes to oxygen, but I have not heard one complaint yet about any of their products.
Haven't personally tried their reta, but plenty of guys here have, you will be good to go with oxygen products.
