Hi new to logs have sum patience im a single full-time dad of 2 kid 3 dogs and 2 lizards aswel as im a shift worker so time is precious still getting this logging food down pat thanks to Jim.jim and app and sumtimes my training im time sensitive I train hard superset alot but got to get in habit in taking notes but when working and raising kids definitely a struggle by urself but il give it a go logging as much as I can ive been on cycle since 29th april ive been doing ok with food app hitting protein at 200grams and keeping no more then 2500 calories im 46 years old ive done afew cycles mostly blind end up injured never done bloods i did bloods before and a week ago aswel running southern cross labs oils mint really enjoying them and how im feeling was thinking of adding just a touch of there eq aswel

Ive attached pictures im not the best at them at all and im 127kg so yeah got abit to lose like I said time sensitive when on shift but in gym u give 110percent no gym selfies no gas baging I get in ahit it hard sometimes I cant push as heavy as I could cause I limit my time between but days I get abit more time i go for heavy but at my age not trying to injury myself as I got to work but when im coming out im dripping in sweat not sure if im on the right path or if this is what use need but I said il give it a shot so I will I attached some of my macros on app over last few days I just finished nights this morning and didn't make it to gym but still got protein up there not quite 200grams but I didn't train well im here tell me be blunt let me know what I need on here or were I need to go but appreciate the help from Jim.jim and southern cross labs legends
