Favorite pre-workout meal??

Super Duper Bad @$$ MOD!!
Just curious what some of your guys' favorite pre-workout meals are? Can be either for taste or performance aspect.
 
Generally I cant handle eating pre workout unless its 2-3 hrs before.

same here and its usually something small like a can of tuna/chicken brest with a protien shake and of course a better protien bar!
 
There those protein bars are again hahaha. im just gonna have to buy some so I can be like all the cool kids.:tank:
 
If I am working out first thing in the morning, i try to eat a small bowl of oatmeal, and half a protein shake
 
^oh yea, if in the mournings i always have a bowl of oatmeal and 4-5 scrambled eggs for breakfast then i wait like 2 hours to go to the gym.
 
I eat the eggs after... normally i fly out of bed, shove in food, and go work out asap
so if i eat to much it ends with me hurling in the gym
 
^lol yea that why i wait a while iv gone right after eating before and it didnt turn out good... :oops:
 
No pre-workout meal for me. Keeps my body from utilizing what I've stored. The only thing I do before is take my ECA stack and beast - and drink water during my training.

The food comes AFTER training. Metabolism is up and I can enjoy those pwo carbs! :w00t:

Well then I guess I will skip off to the PWO meal thread to see just what yummy carbs you like to enjoy!! :drool:
 
I just normally take my NO supp prior to working out about 30 min prior actually. Then after workout protein shake and then an hour later it is time to grub!
 
I like a BCAA formula while training. That;s about it. I dont like food to close to training. I had for large pieces of toast with peanut butter and scrambled eggs a while ago. I will train in about an hour or two.
 
i take bcaa training as well. pre is oats and ew since i train at 6.
