Ive been back training 2 1/2 years. Took myself out in late 2004 rupturing some disks lifting. I was out for 2 years. Ignoring pain, 730 lb deadlifts with bar behind the legs, maxing 3 times a week, 7 hour chest sessions and 8 hour back sessions, just about every set to failure. Consistantly for years. I train with the same brutality still, however am more tactical in training around my strains and injuries this time around.
