Hgh Advice

Hey guys, new to the forum. Would love some advice on running Hgh.

I'm trying to finish recovering from a few injuries, add a little muscle, lose a little fat. All equally important.

My diet is better than average (not the average bodybuilder). In your opinion, is improving diet crucial? How much does booze matter?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, man. I guess I should be a little more specific with drinking. My job requires I entertain 2-4 times/month. I hate to say, but it would look odd if I didn't have a few beers during these meetings.

Would I be better off not taking it on the days I drink? I really have no idea how booze affects this. I plan to run 4iu's/day.

Diet is one of the most important factors. A little alcohol is not gonna kill your results. The problem with alcohol goes back to diet. Lots of calories that offer nothing beneficial to your body.

Diet is 90% of this lifestyle if you want to be successful man. I don't know how often you are drinking, but if it is very often it's going to be very detrimental to your progress. I would try to limit that drinking to a minimum. A couple times a month isn't the end of the world, but your daily diet sounds like it needs work too

Appreciate the help guys. I'm probably looking at a 6 pack three times/month. And I'll be able to eliminate that completely by the end of the summer...when that part of my job is over.

In my mind, I'm more preparing for that time when I can be more serious about things. Right now, I'm still healing injuries from an accident. These injuries alone are still preventing me from doing a few lifts, even some cardio.

Fully healed, I should be able to get back to "normal" pretty quickly. Not that far away now, but shit is still lingering.

Also, I don't plan on running anything else at this point. Maybe later in the year.

Any supplements I should be taking with Hgh?...since I'm not doing test or anything. You guys seem to have this stuff figured out.

I will tell you that as you get older booze makes it MUCH harder to get in shape. When I was younger I drank a lot. Now I find I can't even come close to leaning out where I need to be when I drink. As such, I've given it up.

I'll be honest and tell you that HGH is not going to work miracles for your injuries. It can help, but the cost vs actual reward will be way out of whack. Best things you can do are:

1) Stop drinking especially if you're sedentary and depressed. I went through this post op 3 years ago.
2) Start taking supps like Vitamin D, fish oil, and drink enough water
3) Be consistent with physical therapy and rehabbing the injuries

You'll eventually get where you need to be.

I did HGH for 3 years straight in my competition days...i have a bit of knowledge on it.

What are your goals? Getting on stage or being healthy? Sure hgh is beneficial, but like WG said the cost far outweighs the reward you are seeking, and will take quite some time to make any difference.

Ethanol in alcohol breaks down muscle fibers. The empty calories from beer obviously have a negative place in your diet. 70/30 my friend, diet/training.

cut the boz in 1/2 asap. in 1 month cut it in 1/2 again. Once you get down to the point where you have a drink once a month.....your GTG. boz and BBing dont mix.

diet is huge.

If you must must drink......Make it red wine.

Good stuff, guys. Thanks.

The beer is strictly for social/business purposes. It's just a few beers at a ballgame or wine at dinner kind of thing. And those entertaining clients duties will be over in a few months. I'm not depressed or anything like that (a few months ago was tough though). But I'm having a hard time breaking through these last few nagging injuries.

I used HGH a couple years back to help heal up another injury, and some wear n tear. Being 40 (WG, I know what you mean), I had some nagging pains....years of sports and weights. It helped tremendously. I'm glad I did it.

I don't plan on getting on stage. I wasn't on stage even when I was on stage material. But I'd like to get things right. Another question I have is about supplements while using it.

I currently take a multi, fish oil, whey after workouts, and ZMA before bed. I don't have trouble sleeping either way. But ZMA knocks me into a deeper sleep.

Anything I'm missing?....especially when I do HGH.

Oh, and the cost. Stupid question - the financial cost? Or physical?

Financial. As far as what to take with it, I don't think you need ancillaries. Think of HGH as a multivitamin, in the long run it can only benefit you imo. And don't waste your money unless you plan to run it for awhile, cause it's takes quite some time to notice anything.

Thanks, Enrod. I've seen a few people run into problems, but never with HGH. I plan on running it for 4 months minimum. At that point, I might take a couple months off to regroup - then add other gear for bigger goals...

Regroup what? Finances? Otherwise don't regoup anything and keep running hgh, especially while you're on cycle.

I guess I should have said reaccess. If I'm not healed up completely, I'll just stay with HGH. If I'm feeling normal (fully expect to be), I'll either add gear. Or, I'll take a couple months off everything before running HGH and gear. I'm guessing you'll recommend just keeping with the HGH....not stopping it.

Booze matters A LOT. More than some want to admit. Diet matters A LOT as well. It's the strongest link in the chain. Alcohol makes the breakdown and removal of hormones faster. It also will increase estrogen if you do it regularly.

Thanks, JS. Switching to a non-alcoholic option while entertaining seems to be a clear choice.

I won't be doing anything else with the HGH. Someone told me that I should then take DHEA while on it. But I wonder how much of a difference maker that would be.
