First pin experiences?

Hi guys,

Anyone wants to share their experiences on their first pinning?

It would be great to know how the vets started out. :)

What do you want to know? How it went? Mine went great, I did a ton of research on how to prep my syringe and location for injection. I drew 1ml of Test C 250mg and pinned it in my right quad. Didn't bother me one bit, a little bit of pip but nothing crazy and I trained legs the next day. I was a professional pin cushion in the military for a long time so getting shots is like second nature for me.

Mine went well, nurse was instructing me as I did it(trt). Did get some nasty pip from that first one(pfeiser cyp) but it was a virgin muscle.
 
First IM inject was with a slin pin. Didn't feel a thing. It took away the fear of needles I've had my whole life. Now I'm a walking pin cushion :D
 
My was when I born lol jk was great I gain like 10 pounds in just 2 weeks in that time the only sell veterinarian aas and was very expensive and strong I paid $150
 
You guys were way cooler than me. In my first inject, I was shaking like a leaf, and I held the syringe with the consistency of a sewing machine leaf, lol. Oddly, only had slight pip.
 
Mine was a mind battle, fear of needles all my life....decided not to do it, but finally just pushed it in....was painless & no fear from that day

Hmm nope but I hit at least one in my glutes every time i inject. I'll push in, feel a sharp pain, pull out, bleed like a mother, then pin again. Sometimes I hit one 2-3 times before I get a good pin

I was just talking to a brother here about this....just this week every time i pinned my glute, bam, hit a vein. Suxs cause u got to pullout, bleed, clean, bandaid then put a new pin on the syringe and then re-pin.
 
My first experience was in my right glute, went great but my muscles were so virgin to needles i had terrible pip.
 
My fear level jus increased by 10. Back to reading and researching.

Man you guys were champs from day one lol. I am not going to lie. I was nervous as hell and shaking. I literally sat there thinking how the hell am I going to pin myself? Lol but after the first pin, it became easier after every pin. Now it doesn't even faze me. I look forward to my Mondays and Thursdays now! Lol

Haha... Man, guys don't believe me but I'm 100% serious... Backload a 1/2" 29g slin pin with 1ml of test and pin it in your delt (there's little fat there). You will completely get over this pinning stuff. Or, get some peptides and practice pinning subq into belly fat. You don't even feel a pinch when pinning subq. Then move to IM injects with a slin pin. Then do it with a 25g when you're ready

That's sucks bro, I hardly ever hit a vein,I think I go a little higher on mine though??

Mine was trt so it was 29g 1/2" skin also

For you new guys, I suggest practicing using cooking oil and injecting into a an orange. The oil has much higher viscosity than water and you may be surprised at how much pressure needs to be applied to the plunger, especially with a 25g pin. Another thing you will notice with the first injection.... the needle is so fine it DOES NOT hurt when penetrating the skin. After you do it a couple of times you soon realize it's easy and no big deal.

Or as an alternative, pin your friendly household animal (preferably hamster or other small animal)

But seriously, how funny would it be if people came over and your gerbil was ripped to the bone lmfao

Lol my tip always used one needle to take out the oil from the vail and a new one to inj that way is going feel smooth
 
My first pin was amazing 22g vet needle in the delt went to the gym with blood and oil leaking out...
That was a long time ago..😊
 
My first experience was similar. My buddy had a few of those one shot already prepped in a syringe with needle not on it but in the package which was all sealed. It was spelled sostenon on the package. I'm still not sure if it was legit mexico stuff or if it was vet grade stuff. I was pretty nieve back then. So, I said fuck it you only live once. I twisted the tip on which I didn't know then but I know now was like a 21gauge tip OWWWW. Anyway I was way nervous. I swear I looked like I was gonna throw a dart or something as I took a few practice motions lol. Then I just jabbed it in and pushed it in hella fast and omg my butt cheek instantly cramped up and it was do tight I was like wtf did I just do to myself. So I got in the shower and was rubbin it and gettin hot water on it. Needless to say it hurt for a couple days. Then I said hmm maybe I should do a little research on this lol. And now I'm a pincushion no buggy but man that was an eye opener.

Mine was about 8 years ago. LOL, I wouldn't hold still, kept flinching, the vet doing it just jabbed my quad and I definitely was sore for about a week after for moving so much.

Now, goes quickly. Just be smooth and precise and deliberate. It will all work out ;)
 
I researched gear for about a year before finally deciding to dive in. Needles had never scared me, but I had never pinned myself before. So I talked the wifey into stabbing me in the ass. It went fine, but I could feel her moving the pin around and it was kinda creepy. The next day it felt like a horse had kicked me in the ass. First and last time I let someone else pin me. That was about 10 years ago now. Now I pin a couple times a day every day and don't even think about it.

One of the old EF guys on here should link up the story about the kid who pinned his oring first time around. That story is always good for a laugh.
 
Guys call me a wuss but I never self injected lol.Had get it done by friends & now in future by my wife ;)

I've had a pretty shifty day and this ^^ put a smile on my face..

My wife wants to but I won't let her. I hate needles but do it and only trust myself.
 
Felt like I had a first pin experience today. Was pinning my quad, buried the needle, aspirated, was half way through 2 and 1/2 cc and my quad spazzed for a sec, the needle jumped - kinda felt like when you hit a nerve going in. No blood or mess so I finished and I am good to go. Might have some pip later on on that one.
 
First pin was test prop 1cc, 25g/1in, pinned in the leg, didn't feel a thing. But was sweating and shaking bad. I love shots now haha
 
My first pin was three months ago starting trt. I'm standing there in front of the mirror with the needle touching my ass getting ready for the pain and the damn thing just starts inching in. I was shaking and couldn't believe it was going in without any pain. It was more like a coarse hair than a needle. I aspirated, saw the bubble, and slowly pushed it in. I felt a little sweat break out, wiped the spot, and chalked it up as a victory. I'm pretty sure I celebrated my touching myself (it was late and she was sleeping...)
 
my first two pins sucked haha. The actual pin itself was not that big of a deal. I did break out in a cold sweat and had to lay down for a few mins after. The killer for me was the following days. I had intense soreness in both quads on their very first pins that last approx. 5 days each. Felt like someone punched me in the leg for days. However the 2nd pin in each leg was no biggy. Sore the following day, but nothing after that. Now it's no big deal at all.
 
You guys ever see that guy on YouTube that is doing his first couple trt pins on camera...calls himself a pussy amongst other things while trying to get the nerve up to pin himself. Pins the very top of his quad in one video, once you see this idiot you will all feel like professionals lol

My one and only cycle with needles was primo and it was short lived because I couldn't do it. Made it through 3 injections, hit a nerve on 2 of the 3 and had such anxiety, it wasn't worth it. I did 6 months of GH though and had no problems with that.

I've given more injections than I could count and it's so much better (for me) doing it to someone else. I admire you guys who can pin yourselves so easily.
