Contacted simec today for testing. Seems a rather difficult process. Would anyone be interested in having the sample sent to them to handle this. I couldn't really make out the instructions from frank..and I read them several times.

Hey bro I just talked to them on meso, he asked me to tell you he is banned from here. I told him about sending it in so I'll let you know what he says. I don't care to try and get it handled to the best I can, I guess I'm just the middle man tho right now and I don't want anyone to think i have or I'm getting anything out of this because I'm not at all. I just want to get this figured out.

Honestly man I don't think he has any hard feelings about it. He was just worried about getting it tested because of the sides your girl was getting. Like I said i don't care to help, I just don't want people thinking I'm getting something out of it because I don't do sketchy stuff and am really straight up with people so if that's going to play into this I'll just let you handle it "not saying I think you think this but there's guys here that will I'm sure". You can pm me with any question you want to ask him and I'll copy it and send it to him, I'll do the same when he replies.

Dude any advice you need you can ask us, there's a few guys here that really know a thing or two. I wouldn't take advice from a lot of people but I know sometimes you get a guy that knows what's up but a lot of guys will just google shit and then send it to you. We can help you from cycles to workouts to diets just about anything man all you got to do is ask.
 
Well, one of the former mods here did my diet..no names, lol. But 1600 cals is what he gave me. I'm 5'10, 205-210 at 11-12%. I wanted to get lean...like freaky looking for once in my life. I feel like I have a good base but I'm getting older (36) and I think if I'm ever gonna get that way, it's time now. Don't know what to run, what to do, etc. That's one of the main reasons I never posted on here. Lack of knowledge

If your anything like me I'm sure 1,600 calories are killing you lol. I will say this and please don't take it wrong, 98% of people that try and guess their bf% are way way of. 10% is low, I don't look bad meaning I have abs and decent cuts but I would say I'm around 15ish, that being said to get under 10% and be freaky lean at your age you will have to be 100% on your diet and will need to cycle other aas than just test and hgh wouldn't hurt at all. I could go deeper but I won't post a shit ton on this thread lol.
 
I had a bodypod, and a 7 site caliper done. Because I'm natural , my diet was 100%. Problem is that I stopped losing. I'm sure my metabolism slowed quote a bit. I did it for months bro. Broke my foot last year and gained a shit ton. No excuse..I own it. But I'm back down and need to go further.

I feel you man, i did this crap for a long time and just got lazy. I'm back in it now no slacking and I'm getting there, I will say I'm 28 and even tho I am gaining solid weight I am having to do it cleaner than I could when I was younger lol. Your metabolism I'm sure is going down hill slowly, your almost able to pm hahaha.

Yes the diet would change a lot, dude might be good but man to be honest iv never liked people like that. I do everything by my body, even if I gave you my diet my cycle all that it will work different for me than you and if he's not there with you every day he's just guessing at what he tells you.

Clean bulk to me means bulking compounds and increased calories but all from clean foods. I'll be doing that this winter most likely and plan is to run Test E, EQ, and NPP.

I'm on my way to Zantac lol and yes test eq and npp would be a good stack as well. There's enough people here man to help you alpha is a solid member he will help you out as well if you need it I'm sure. Some guys talk a big game but like I said most of it is stuff you could find out the same way they did google lol. Just stick around ask questions and we will help, you will see the guys that are solid members the more you read and they will help out as well.

I've already paid 3js for 8 weeks of diet for me and my wife. Silly I know but man, we have been jerked around so much when it comes to nutrition. I'll give it a go and see what happens. I assume he is gonna recommend "supplementations" which I'm gonna run by y all of that is okay

I personally bulked to 280 and so far I'm down to 248 with 25 more lbs to go. Started cutting about 7 weeks or so has some small pauses in there cause I didn't want to dip down too fast.

My girl started at 190 and I have her now sitting at about 153 over the course of 7 months.

Certain sources here have strong reputations obviously but in the end you never know for sure. after all its buying illegal drugs. I try to stick with sources that are consistant across the board. There's room for error obviously like you experienced but overall it's a safe bet.

Your also talking anavar wich is probably the most commonly faked product. It's real unfortunate.

I have not labmaxed Xeno's yet. His anavar is still in transit to him. Once he receives it and gets it processed and sent out I will be the first to test it. If it's anything like his other product it will test very well I'm thinking. We will see though.

It will be an interesting comparisson.

I know a lot of Mods and vets seem to like PSL. I just went to the website and they have Var 10mg/50tabs 80.00 for domestic and 60.00 for international.
 
I've looked at PSL. They have a nice site..but, they have some sketchy reviews too. The only source I've never seen a bad review on is robo. shit..too many options here lol

Big game stop/bgs brews ive used quite a few sources on this board me personally ive gotten huge gains off everything ive used of theres compared to the other sources i used on this board and the turn around time is super fast ive not used robolics yet though and ive not tried nor tested bgs's var but thats just my personal experience on evo. Goodluck bro!
