Hey bro. Read about you. I’m Yash. I want to drop my body fat % and at the same time retain or gain little muscle mass. Currently I’m weighing at 149 pounds and 13.75% body at. I’ve to shoot in about 7-9 days, what do I start off with? I’m a vegetarian too. I’ve been told to follow a 7 day plan with no carbs, and only proteins and good fats along with 2 gallons of water until second last day of the shoot. Can you help me on how to go about it?
