    Eating them raw actually I heard that its more benefiecial, however I boil always them. Eggs are great source of protein.

    Eating 6-7 times a day its a lot. Depends on your proportions though and what do you eat. But I don't think you need the protein shake if you have so much meal every day. I mean, I would poop for hours eating like this.
