Slow release protein

You shouldn't be eating or drinking shakes before bed. Just eat normal meals with clean whole foods and get your protein that way.
 
when you make your body do more work before bed and while trying to sleep you actually stop recover and repair. just saying.

don't believe the junk science that slow digesting protein is a good idea. it isn't. when you slow down your digestion daily like this you WILL actually ruin your gut health
 
don't drink shakes or eat food before sleep.
You need good rest, but your body is not resting when you have full stomach.
