Started Accutane today, hopefully should be effective in combating the acne on my chest and back.
Really impressed by the recomp effect of tren, new veins are coming in every day it seems with weight staying the same.
Will be upping semaglutide to 2mg/wk when I pin it next on Saturday...
@LevButlerov, already on semaglutide @ 1.5mg/wk, but after some quick research it appears a tolerance can develop so will be upping the dose to 2mg/wk.
Tren is still ticking along well, no noticeable sides besides the incredible recomp effect it is having. Really glad to have introduced it...
Happy Monday! No weight lost for a second week in a row but body fat is dropping as indicated by greater vascularity and reduced abdomen fat. Starting to see lots of new veins on my quads, forearms and lower abdomen.

Not much to report, if anything. Continuing to recomp becoming more vascular and lean while the weight stays the same. Not sure it’s a placebo, but I’ve noticed more energy and drive since starting the tren - either way it’s a welcome addition.

Increased carbs/ calories as I start the reverse diet out by adding rice and fruit back into the mix. Great to have a little extra carbs, feel much more alive. Also switched up the foods and re-introduced red meat. Really nice to have some (small) change in the diet.
