Approved Log 2025 Growth Phase - Testosterone Masteron HGH Cycle Log

Thanks for updating the pictures.

You've got a nice lean physique and we can start seeing some lean muscle being built.

I think you'll start growing some quality muscle mass as this log continues.

Definitely keep pushing it, man. I like the fasted cardio.

It really builds a strong heart.

Avocado and rice a good carb and fat mix.

And you're keeping up the protein, but try and get your protein from actual food and not so much from supplements!

Sorry I missed you all yesterday! Life got busy but I’m back 👍

Not much to update, but I’ll shout out Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1) for their killer oils! Another pin down today and as always completely smooth.

@LevButlerov, @stevesmi, @Mobster, @Ulter, @Vadim Federov, @2Thick, thanks all for the positive feedback and encouragement!

@ceo yeah man it was supposed to be a hurricane, it got downgraded in severity as it made landfall though

@ROIDDERS and @chesty there wasn’t too much damage in the end besides the cost of buying new groceries, some homes/ areas definitely got smashed though

@e2 it’s a matter of ease and cost for using supplements as a main source of protein.

Thats me for today - next goal is 98kg 💪

@Golden_Circle the meals look the same very steady boat bro
low carbs is what you want and you doing it but a bit more protein on meal 4 rice and avocado needs a protein source think steak or even a protein bar

Again, not much to report. Another day in the books, hit training and diet, and supplements. Doing everything I can to make the most of this logging opportunity provided by Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1).

@RoySimpson cheers bro

@ballin2504 yeah I’m seeing a doctor re: the back acne, looks like accutane might be the way it’s going. Bloods should definitely give some insight.

@Npcclassicphysique champ yeap steady boat, steady progress. I like the idea of adding a protein source to meal four! I’d need to cut out something to stay at my target deficit, any recommendations?

Quiet weekend, had a day at maintenance to reduce the diet fatigue I was experiencing and get some variety back in. Clean foods but mainly made up the 750 cals to maintenance with carbs (oats, rice and rye bread). Weight has jumped a little overnight as to be expected with the extra glycogen on board, should come back off quickly.

Week 5! Thanks all for your support and advice up until this point, honestly made a massive difference. 7 weeks left in this phase of the cut, 6kgs left until hitting my goal weight. Definitely doable. Then another 8 weeks of reverse dieting into maintenance.

I’ve upped my semaglutide to 1.5mg/wk to tap hunger as I found with the increasing diet fatigue there was increased food noise/ cravings. No side effects so far and it’s working as expected.

Considering increasing the test/mast to 300/300 or 400/400 (from 250/200) for some extra anabolism to preserve muscle, increase drive and increase the dry/ hardening effect of the mast particularly as I get leaner. What do you all think? Is this line of thinking correct? Or is my current dosage enough to do all those?

💪

PEDS: As listed in prior posts, with current consideration to increase test + mast as outlined above.

@Golden_Circle your diet does seem good but you should be leaning out with this intake, are you now?
I do think you need more omega 3s but we can come back to this.

Decided to up the dose of my mast e (courtesy of the sensational Notorious Labs @bigdawg1) to 400mg a week while keeping test at 250. Also considering introducing some low dose (50mg - 100mg) tren ace into the cycle for the next 7 weeks (and potentially for the remainder of the cycle depending on the individual side effects I might experience).

I’m going to decrease calories by about 200cals/ day coming into this next third of the dedicated cut phase.

Keen for this week ahead!

i would find a way to get in some raw plain nuts too.
those are good benefits.

whole eggs would be a nice protein/fat add on too.

i like how you are doing an avocado was going to suggest that

Gonna be a good week for you, I think. You started things off with a really good lift.

nice pulling session.

those are always fun when on masteron you will see.

Keep up the good work, man.

pulling and lat pulldowns are on point.

DB hammer curl is A+
and barbell curl is good too

good job getting 2 big servings of veggies per day!
that goes a long way.

Legs today - felt a good drive and energy in the gym. Definitely feeling a little fatigued out of the gym. Still yet to hit the 98kg range but patiently waiting.

Considering switching the diet up in terms of food selection and also the gym routine. Look at potentially doing 4 days a week with an upper/lower/upper/lower split.

A little short on time so I can’t respond to you all today sorry!

in your case i really would stay on this diet bro just add more protein you pretty good on ratios
or you tired with this macros? @Golden_Circle

Feeling flat, workouts flat and lowered drive. Still sticking to the diet and exercise plan but much lower intensity in the gym. Hoping to narrow down what is driving the issue.

Looking to introduce tren a @ 70mg/wk starting next week for seven weeks (with the consideration to extend should side effects be minimal).

@Npcclassicphysique champ I’ll stick to the diet and look at making substitutes with ingredients with similar macros.

@RoySimpson cheers man!

@golden_circleits always good to have a quiet weekend. I’d love to have one but it seems the kids always have stuff going on.

@RoySimpson cheers man!

at your bodyfat for real i wouldnt add tren bro
i would say with test and a light 2nd

Thanks for the feedback man, can you explain this a little more and the reasoning behind it?
higher bodyfat is bad with trenbolone
tren is a progestin bro that means will be more of a prolactin boost
most heavy set guys high in prolactin or prone to it
if you do test only you can ride that wave just need to change diet and cut up with more cardio @Golden_Circle

Doing great

Start of week 7, 7.6kg down! 4kg to goal weight, 5 weeks left of the cutting phase. I’ve dropped the cup of rice from meal 4 to reduce calories + carbs. Energy and motivation are back and feeling good.

Keeping up plenty of water and electrolytes on the low carb diet to mitigate fatigue etc.

Made a few changes this week - moved up weight for the next phase of periodization, introduced tren A at 70mg/wk, introduced HcG and taking a two week break from clen to reduce tolerance.

I’ll be doing my comprehensive blood tests next week at the 8 week mark as planned.

Progress pics to come tomorrow.

Shout out to @Sydneycitysupplements for the MT2, the tan is really starting to come in and people are noticing.

@Npcclassicphysique champ I took into consideration your advice on tren but after consulting a few other people involved in my training I decided to go ahead and run it

@25homes cheers brother!

you using the trenbolone now how you feeling on it bro? @Golden_Circle with tren minimum you need cardarine

Solid day, feeling better than last week. Very satisfying to wake up lighter again.

I’ve upped my tren A to 140mg/wk (still relatively low dose) and am looking forward to seeing the difference it will make. Provided I tolerate it well, I’ll continue to run it for the rest of the cycle.

6 weeks left of the cutting phase, time to get it!

I know I said bloods would be done next week, but I’ve had to push it back one week due to logistical reasons. Don’t stress, they will come! Progress pictures have been delayed by a day too - tomorrow for sure.

Strength is feeling good and I’ve visibly leaned out a lot.

@Npcclassicphysique champ yeap, tren is on board now. I’ll be steering clear of SARMs (particularly cardarine due to the cancer risk). Hard to tell if it’s making a difference as this is only day 2 but should have a clearer picture by the end of the week/ start of next week.

lets get a picture update here bro and there is no cancer risk with cardarine thats a myth

Energy and drive feeling good! Another day in the books, legs done and dusted, hit my calories and macros, and got the progress pics done!

I think my midsection is the area which has shown the most progress since my last photos, however unfortunately I’ve had to blur my stomach due to identifiable tattoos so seeing this may be difficult. The side on photo may give an indication of the visual change.

I’m aware of the acne on my back and have been referred to a dermatologist with the view to start accutane. Bit of a waiting process to get in but it will all work out.

I’ve reintroduced clen after a quick break and will be switching to 5 days on 2 days off for the remainder of the cutting phase (6 or so weeks). I’ve also increased the dose slightly from 80mcg to 100mcg.

I’m enjoying being leaner and can still see there’s at least another 5kg to lose. Goal is to drop another 6kg in the next 6 weeks.

@Npcclassicphysique champ yeah I’ve heard/ read mixed things about cardarine. To be honest, I feel like I have enough PEDs onboard. What’s the benefit of cardarine when using tren?

@Golden_Circle you look great, I would increase protein and carbs I think 100 + protein and 50 grams carbs.

@LevButlerov I’m trying to reduce calories to increase the deficit - and with that am a bit reluctant to add any additional calories through protein or carbs. Can you please explain why upping protein and carbs (and in turn calories) may be more beneficial for fat loss than keeping the current calories + macros?

Another question - what are your thoughts (and this is for anyone else too) on reverse dieting out of the cut? Is it useful or just equally as effective as returning to maintenance?

Crushed it at gym today, feeling good. Hoping to hit 96kg by the end of the week.

4kg to goal weight from here, if I hit 93kg early I’ll likely end the cutting phase of this cycle and start reverse dieting out of it. Alternatively, I’m considering seeing out the full 6 weeks regardless of weight and seeing where I get to.

Keen at the end of this cutting phase to return to maintenance calories or even a slight surplus to make some tissue gains.

Tolerating the tren well with no apparent side effects.

Appreciate the whole EVO fam and am grateful for this logging opportunity provided by Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1)

A quick note on Notorious Labs - even with increasing the amount of oil per injection, the pins are still silky smooth with zero PIP. Besides the oils, Notorious Labs has been super supportive behind the scenes and able to provide brilliant advice around cycle design etc. Really grateful to have them as a sponsor.

I think you'll do good on some nuts. maybe add some cashews/almonds and alternate but make sure they are RAW

i would increase the tren further if you are going to hit it.

run it 250mgs IMO

Like day is not easy at all.

Mixing in squats and deadlifts on the same day as always murder.

Good job, throwing in some lunges. I think a lot of people don't appreciate them enough, they really are amazing.

Keep up the good work, man. The diet is looking on point.

Maybe throw in some fruit, instead of the protein bars/powders though

@Golden_Circle Your current stack seems comprehensive, and prioritizing a clean diet and consistent training will likely yield better results than adding more compounds. Keep pushing towards that 6kg goal! You've got this.

Start of week 8! Only 0.1kg showing up as lost on the scales in the past week but I am looking leaner and more vascular. This week I’m hoping to crack into the 96kg range. With that in mind, it appears tren has started a recomping effect so if the weight doesn’t come off, I’m hoping for visible changes to my physique.

Tren has had minimal sides so far. The main things I’ve noticed are I’m slightly less patient and quicker to grow frustrated. I’ve been trying to practice mindfulness around this which has proven effective in minimising its impact on day to day life.

Having lost 8kg so far, I’m considering starting to reverse diet out as of this week and start slowly reintroducing calories - knowing I’ll still lose weight during this process, and that it will also allow me to have a solid period at maintenance while on cycle to build some muscle. Keen to hear all your thoughts.

@Ulter some nuts are a great idea. I’ve done groceries for this fortnight but will be sure to get some next fortnight.

@chesty copy, increase tren. I’ve just been slowly increasing the dose to assess tolerance but will increase to 210mg/wk next and trial that for a week.

@ROIDDERS yeap, it’s already had a noticeable impact on workouts and cardio. Nothing unmanageable though thankfully.

@Wootoom hell yeah it’s a hectic day, always feels good

@Vadim Fedorov lunges can be made brutal, great leg trainer

@e2 I could do with some more fruit, I’ll reintroduce some as I reintroduce calories

@Masonic Bodybuilder yeap, exhausted most of the other options, here’s hoping Accutane does the trick. I’m taking NAC so hopefully that should minimise some impact on the liver.

@RoySimpson you’re on point. PEDs are sorted, got to work to stay focussed on the essentials.

@Golden_Circle i would like to see your diet change bro and your cardio go up more fasted
i say that because i think you should start shredding down now as we play harder

Increased carbs/ calories as I start the reverse diet out by adding rice and fruit back into the mix. Great to have a little extra carbs, feel much more alive. Also switched up the foods and re-introduced red meat. Really nice to have some (small) change in the diet.

@Npcclassicphysique champ what sort of diet changes are you talking about? Can you be as specific as possible please? I really value your input and advice

Besides diet and increasing cardio, do you have any other suggestions to support shredding down?
increase cardio bro and lower carbs

i see it here you can cut the carbs under 80 and up the fat to 100 bro

Not much to report, if anything. Continuing to recomp becoming more vascular and lean while the weight stays the same. Not sure it’s a placebo, but I’ve noticed more energy and drive since starting the tren - either way it’s a welcome addition.

@Npcclassicphysique champ I’ll up cardio for sure but will be keeping carbs the same.

That’s me for today everyone! Blood test next week, keen to see how my health markers are and to confirm the test + HGH are as legit as they feel.

Fasted cardio its perfect! are you losing bodyfat? @Golden_Circle

Happy Monday! No weight lost for a second week in a row but body fat is dropping as indicated by greater vascularity and reduced abdomen fat. Starting to see lots of new veins on my quads, forearms and lower abdomen.

Starting to feel the effects of diet fatigue. Not necessarily having cravings/ experiencing hunger but rather feeling tired - both physically and mentally. Thankfully now into the -500cal deficit and feeling a little better.

Strength has stalled out - with that in mind, I’m surprised it’s taken this long for it to happen. Four more weeks in deficit and then when I return to maintenance it should start to bounce back.

I’ll be doing blood tests on Wednesday, and results should be back by the end of the week

If you do feel cravings why not go with a GLP1 like retatrutide? it would help you a lot

@LevButlerov, already on semaglutide @ 1.5mg/wk, but after some quick research it appears a tolerance can develop so will be upping the dose to 2mg/wk.

Tren is still ticking along well, no noticeable sides besides the incredible recomp effect it is having. Really glad to have introduced it into the cycle. Considering upping the dosage again but will wait another week or two before pulling the trigger.

Blood test is sorted for Thursday, could do tomorrow which would be 48h post-pin but want to get a recording of the true trough for reference. Should be a great opportunity to demonstrate Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1) test is working as good as it looks.

@Golden_Circle Good to hear the body fat is dropping even if the scale isn't moving. Vascularity and ab definition are good visual indicators. Diet fatigue is normal, especially deeper into a cut. It's good you're aware of it and managing it.

Started Accutane today, hopefully should be effective in combating the acne on my chest and back.

Really impressed by the recomp effect of tren, new veins are coming in every day it seems with weight staying the same.

You added accutane, how bad is your acne ?

Looking in the mirror and feeling very satisfied with the results of the this cycle - visibly my jawline, midsection, arms and quads are all leaner.

I’ve posted up some pictures of my quads without a pump to show the vascularity that is coming through.

Absolutely loving @Gorilla_Labs clen at the moment, good source of energy and clearly working to strip fat.

Three weeks left of the reverse diet left then into maintenance - hoping to see further recomp and even gains during the last 8 weeks.

Will be upping tren A to 280/wk as of next week, no notably sides yet but serious recomp effects happening which I am loving.

Introduced HcG today to get the testes back online.

That’s me for this week, thanks all!

Also, I am seeing all your comments! I am just a little time poor this week so hope to get back to you all next week.

@Golden_Circle post a pic lets see how lean you is bro

Blood test done this morning ✅ Results should be back in a few days.

Bumped calories again, up into a -250 cal deficit.

@Npcclassicphysique champ pics to come in the coming days, just need a chance to organise with my friend to take some. Would rather get some good photos than some poorly done selfies.

Upped both my semaglutide and tren this week. Semaglutide was starting to falter and the tren is doing such a great job with nil side effects.

Training is feeling better, weight is starting to feel easier again and hoping once I hit maintenance I can return to progressive overload efforts.

PEDS: As listed in prior posts, tren A now at 280mg/wk, semaglutide now 2mg/wk.
