Yes, they are here in the U.S.
I answered this on the Pharmacom Thread.

These Guys are known as Remailers.
Pharmacom sends them the Gear.
Then when Pharmacom gets an order for the U.S. side.
They send them the Info, and the Remailers do exactly that.
They Re-mail the Gear to the Purchaser........................ JP
P.S.
That's why the U.S. prices are more than the International.
Cause they already had to mail the Gear to the U.S.
And Pay someone to handle things here in the U.S.
