What type of fish oil do you guy's reccomend?
I had been using cod liver oil but feel there may be a more rounded alternative like an omega 3-6-9 blend?

I am two months into my supplement program and am looking for some advice. Taking whey protein is causing me to have a lot of gas. Not very pleasant for me or those around me. I definitely need the protein but am at a loss for a solution.. Will really appreciate any advice.. Thanks
I google 'bone density and steroids' and all that comes up is osteoporosis related saying that it will cause fractures.
Surely AAS use would increase bone density? There are raw lifters squatting 4x their bodyweight without their bones turning to dust
