Today is a long day at work so I wont be able to make it to the gym or diet properly. Im pretty much forced to eat out for the day. So ill be taking it as my rest day / cheat day for the week. Ill get back on track tommorrow and post some good meals / workouts 💪

Thanks for all of the advice so far guys. I will be getting bloods before I start my cycle. Ill probably hold off on the AI until the month mark when I get bloods again unless I experience sides. I was really hoping to use HCG at the end to help the recovery process.
