Hello All,

Looking to start my first testosterone only cycle and seek guidance from you experts. Im 30yrs old, I've been training and researching AAS for several years and finally decided to order my first cycle. I ordered a full cycle including ancillaries from one of the board sponsors. I plan on starting a pre cycle log until my shipment arrives. Here is the cycle I have planned so far as well as my stats.

Planned Cycle
Would like some input and guidance on running an AI from the beginning, and PCT.

Week 1-12 Aromasin 6.25mg E3D (will increase if necessary)

Blood Work
Unfortunately the following results were the only tests my medical provider was willing to order. I plan on taking another blood test right before my cycle starts, as well as another test 4-5 weeks in. I do consume plenty of butter and animal fats so my cholesterol levels are slightly elevated, I am not too concerned with these levels however I have started to take psyllium husk and 5 caps ED of n2guard in hopes that it lowers my lipids before my cycle starts.

You won't know how much ai you need unless you get bloods done, you may need none

I would start at something like 250-300mg per week

Hcg 200iu-250iu mon, wed, fri

You will have a bit of higher e2 due to the hcg but that can be managed

Get bloods at week 4 to check e2 ect. Then you can bring the dose of Test E up a bit if needed
Sounds good so ill start at 250-300mg for the first month. As far as the HCG are you recommending lowering the dose for those 2-3 weeks?

I prefer this over running it for a short period at the end.

Do you inject the hcg and test separately?

And for the window between the last shot and pct do you continue hcg as well?

Yes hcg is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, test is an oil. Never mix oils and water based compounds as high risk of infection.

Hcg can be pinned with an insulin needles subq into fat

You can continue hcg up up until 7 days before pct as it has a short half

Since you have no experience, I would start the cycle with 200mgs/week for 3-4 weeks before moving up in dose.
Aromasin 6.25mgs mon/fri
But DROP the HCG its not needed for you.

There is nothing worse than people not prescribing an Ai to a guy going into 400mgs of testosterone either.d
I've seen enough bloods to know majority 95%+ of users will need an Ai.
 
I also agree, it’s not a wise choice To just throw an ai to a new gainer on gear. Bloods pre then during will give the initial result that if he will need an ai.

Always do pre bloods to guide as your base line for the cycle and then 4 to 6 weeks after again where you can see what’s needs to be addressed and what your body accepts with the aas.
 
Thanks for all of the advice so far guys. I will be getting bloods before I start my cycle. Ill probably hold off on the AI until the month mark when I get bloods again unless I experience sides. I was really hoping to use HCG at the end to help the recovery process.

People say its a waste of money, I prefer to use if for ease of mind as im young 26 with no kids. I know there's still risks but it helps me sleep at night

You will have slightly elevated e2 from it due to the fact that it forces production of more test which can aromatise

I use it on cycle at 200 Mon, Wed, fri. My testicles are 80-90% of there off cycle size so it definitely helps with slowing atrophy

I prefer to do it this way, others will do higher doses starting at the end of there cycle before pct
 
My preference has always been to ruin an AI from the start. I don't understand waiting until there's an issue
Just the way an ester works no reason to run AI from day 1

Not saturated until ~week 4. Get bloods done, results back in a day or 2.

If e2 high you now know how much you aromatise instead of blindly throwing an AI at everything

A doctor doesn't give out AI for TRT clients so should we not be using the best practices as well

This is not the same as blasting 800mgs of test and knowing you'll need AI no matter what

Looking to start my first testosterone only cycle and seek guidance from you experts. Im 30yrs old, I've been training and researching AAS for several years and finally decided to order my first cycle. I ordered a full cycle including ancillaries from one of the board sponsors. I do consume plenty of butter and animal fats so my cholesterol levels are slightly elevated, I am not too concerned with these levels however I have started to take psyllium husk and 5 caps ED of n2guard in hopes that it lowers my lipids before my cycle starts.

Thanks for all of the support! Cant wait to start this cycle. If you guys have any tips on my diet or different exercises, I would really appreciate them.

Today is a long day at work so I wont be able to make it to the gym or diet properly. Im pretty much forced to eat out for the day. So ill be taking it as my rest day / cheat day for the week. Ill get back on track tommorrow and post some good meals / workouts 💪
