Hey guys new log here, a lot has changed since the beginning of my previous log. The journey to my first Classic Physique comp has been slightly delayed but that's still the goal

In this thread I'll also be sharing my results for my cerebrolysin experience, gut repair protocol, supplement use, nutrition/meal preps, some other struggles ive had to overcome and others that im still yet to

After going under for surgery 3 times this year and 1 final surgery to go my plans have shifted and I'm focusing on rehab, improved mobility, becoming pain free and also leaning the fk out so that when I start my bulk & blast I am in the best possible situation.

When im finally recovered from the final surgery the blast will begin. Likely ill use Test, npp, gh, mast, anadrol & slin if needed

welcome back to the EVO family :D @willipede those capsule corp TD pics look good @Capsule Corp Labs @Capsule Corp Rep
lot going on here but smart way you’ve shifted gears while dealing with the surgeries, better to come back pain free and mobile before chasing size again. current stack looks measured, test and npp at low dose with gh, bpc, tb500 and the peptides is a good base for healing and holding condition while you lean out. rehab work is dialed in too, those stretches and band drills will pay off fixing the posture and taking pressure off the neck and shoulders. sitting at 89kg while cutting back during recovery is solid, once the last surgery is behind you the blast setup you outlined will hit way harder because you’ll be starting from a better spot. :D

I really like the low dose

Cerbrolysin Update
I recently completed a round of cerebrolysin. Ordered as cerebroprotein hydrolysate but as I was hoping I got the real thing just relabelled due to legal reasons

@toddthelineman here's my experience with it. I will be ordering more for future use as its by far the most effective thing I've used to combat brainfog and fatigue

1759184390571.webp

Background

  • Returning to lifting after multiple surgeries (3× anesthesia in 6 months).
  • On pain medication for 1.5 years → brain fog, fatigue, chronic pain (possible fibromyalgia).

  • Cerebrolysin protocol:
    • 10 mL amp split into 4× 2.5 mL syringes.
    • Daily dose = 5 mL IM (2× 2.5 mL, usually glutes).
    • Total: 5 amps over 10 days.

Daily Experience Log

Day 1 (Night, 5 mL IM)

  • Woke up less fatigued than usual.
  • Mild headache in the morning.

Day 2 (Morning, 5 mL IM)

  • Energetic through the day.
  • Unsure if effect or coincidence.

Day 3 (Night, 5 mL IM)

  • Woke naturally at sunrise, no alarm.
  • Felt sharper than in months.

Day 4 (Morning, 5 mL IM)

  • High productivity.
  • Improved critical thinking and problem-solving.

Day 5 (Night, 5 mL IM)

  • Halfway through cycle.
  • Energy sustainable, functioning like at healthiest point in life.
  • Able to start day at sunrise, work into the night.

Day 6 (Morning, 5 mL IM)

  • Shocked by benefits.
  • Sustained clarity and drive, hoping effects are lasting.

Day 7 (Night, 5 mL IM)

  • Energy stable, no bad mornings.
  • Worked productively into evening (7 PM).

Day 8 (Morning, 5 mL IM)

  • Woke naturally at 6 AM, fresh, 1 hr before alarm.
  • Only 6 hrs sleep → still sharp.
  • Productive day, short gym session (30 mins).

Day 9 (5 mL IM)

  • Woke early, felt great.
  • Spent much of day outdoors in the sun.
  • From ~1 PM developed a headache, lasted through the afternoon.

Day 10 (Final day, 5 mL IM)

  • Headache most of the day (subsided later).
  • Still no brain fog, good energy throughout.

Additional Notes

  • Nerve pain: No major improvements noticed during cycle.
  • Muscular pain: Increased discomfort/aches, likely from rehab exercises and stretching.
  • Mobility: Dramatic increase in range of motion despite added soreness.

Summary

  • Protocol: 5 mL/day IM, 5× 10 mL amps total (10 days).
  • Benefits:
    • Clearer thinking, sharper cognition.
    • Natural early wake-ups, sustained energy.
    • Dramatic reduction in brain fog.
    • Improved productivity & motivation.
    • Increased range of motion.
  • Side effects:
    • Mild-to-moderate headaches, mostly late cycle (Days 9–10).
    • Some muscular aches (likely rehab-related).
  • Overall impression: Significant gains in mental clarity, energy, and mobility. Nerve pain unchanged, but range of motion and functional capacity improved.

Smooth start with the test e and npp at those doses, that’s a conservative setup and should be easy to manage long term. Training split is fine for now while you build momentum, just make sure legs keep getting priority even at once a week.

Diet at 4000 cals looks clean and well put together with plenty of rice and oats, and your supplement stack is loaded with support so recovery and health markers should stay in a good place as you grow. :D

That’s a strong review of cerebrolysin, the 10 day run clearly gave you sharper thinking, natural early wake ups, and energy you haven’t had in a long time.
The mild headaches late cycle aren’t unusual and the muscle aches sound more tied to rehab work than the compound itself.
For brain fog and fatigue the results you logged are impressive, especially the boost in productivity and range of motion, definitely worth keeping in rotation if you got those benefits. :D
Though not sure about the last part with the headaches. @willipede

Very similar experience here! I didn’t get the headaches, but I have heard others have.

I was told to use the entire amp when you open it. My first go at it I took 10ml per night for 25 nights I believe.

The effects last a good while, possibly until your lifestyle wears you down again, such as CNS fatigue, lack of sleep, medications, etc

@willipede i love this training. i am excited to see your hardwork. keep it uP!

what brand did you use?
Literally cerebrolysin, but willipedes ampoules look the same. It’s the same stuff with a sticker on it. The major nootropic companies selling it all got cease and desist letters from the manufacturer, who was pressured by the FDA and others to stop the spread of it. It’s hard not to think it’s a conspiracy lol. The stuff works better than most “things” work. Like a lot of peptides are best for lightening your wallet, and you miiiiight feel something or you might get some nice little effects. But this stuff is really great, at least if you need it!

I got similar results from Cortexin as well.

Headaches were mild and likely unrelated it had been pretty hot and I was out an event most of that day so put it down to heatstroke maybe.

Yeah generally that is safest practice as they have no antimicrobials added they are packaged sterile so once opened should be used. Although with careful and sterile practices shouldn't be an issue as they were just transferred into syringes and stored in a dedicated medical fridge

That sounds like a miracle drug with its benefits!

Honestly I think that would be the best name for it. Haven't had anything close and I'm fairly well experienced with many peptides

@willipede cerbrolysin seems like an interesting one. thanks for this thorough update. i would still like to see more guys try it out

That sounds like a miracle drug with its benefits!
I’ve been preaching it for a while. It’s good stuff. I get pretty bad brain fog from time to time. It’s frustrating. Cerebrolysin doesn’t just improve it, it goes further than that and can give you a really awesome sense of well being because your brain is working like it’s supposed to. Possibly it works better for people who need it, out possibly it works better if sleep and nutrition are in place, etc. it’s awesome for me. The only thing that gave me more mental clarity was a nearly three day fast that was entirely by accident on a road trip across America

I'd rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it 🫡.

I've actually just ordered 2 more boxes. I plan to use another kit after my next and final surgery to help with recovery from brainfog and fatigue that comes with anaesthesia and another operation

That’s a smart way to look at it, better to have the extra on hand when you know another surgery is coming. Using a kit after the surgery makes sense, anything that helps you bounce back quicker from the brain fog and fatigue is worth lining up now. Having it ready will take some stress off when you’re focusing on recovery. :D

New updated stack:

Rehab exercise program 3x per week

Post op recovery from ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel surgeries in both arms

This is to help correct a multitude of issues, i got this from one of the ugloz guys he was very helpful. I modified a few things to suit me better, but the aim of this program is to help correct the forward head posture and rounded shoulders which had been contributing to my neck pain.

A. Wall Chest Opener Pec stretch:
1-2 sets, 45-60 second holds, 3/10
intensity

B. Lat stretch: 1-2 sets, 45-60 second
holds, 3/10 intensity

C. Chin Tucks: 1-2 sets, 12-15 reps, slow

Update ~2 week on CCL Test e and NPP

@Capsule Corp Labs
@Capsule Corp Rep

Kept dosages at 150 test e, 70mg npp

The npp has had me feeling really good, libido improved i put that down to the npp as same thing happened when I've ran it in the past

Going to go get some bloods done soon, check on my liver markers and lipids as ive been trying to improve them.

Took some physique pics over the weekend, need to practice my posing.

Hope everyone in Aus had a good long weekend.

Just about to head off to the gym and do my rehab program.

Still in pain, arms are improving a lot so happy about that. Neck is frustrating me so doing what I can to stay on top of it

You look amazing, chest and arms are filling out nicely and the NPP is clearly doing its job for fullness and recovery. Keep the test at 150 mg and NPP at 70 mg while you rehab since the combo supports collagen and joint comfort well.

Smart move getting bloods done soon to watch liver and lipids. Stay consistent with rehab work and light pressing until that neck pain settles, then ease back into heavier loads week by week.

Yeah agreed, I think its smart to keep dosages moderate during this period.

Slacked off a bit on rehab over the long weekend but im back into the swing of things. I've had to really limit any upper body exercises during this time as even my bodyweight rehab exercises are causing me muscular pain the following day or 2.

Just trying to stay consistent. Light intensity as i know there will be a bit of pain before things improve.

My ALT seems to be forever elevated in every blood test ive ever had, not sure if it's the training, the injuries or chronic allergies.

So hoping to improve that marker also, hdl was a tad low on my last test. So I've made some changes adding some more omega 3's

That’s the right mindset, keeping gear moderate while focusing on recovery will pay off long term. Light intensity and consistency are all you need right now until the pain fades and your joints catch up to the rehab work.

ALT can stay slightly high from hard training or inflammation, so retest after a full rest week to see the baseline. Adding omega 3s is a smart move, and you can also try milk thistle or TUDCA if it stays elevated after the next bloods.

Yes, ive decided ill have to give on being a male gigolo. Too many repetitive strains

Update

Physio and rehab program is working.

So far I've considerably reduced my overall pain. Also I've been able to drop the oxycodone that I was taking at night which is a massive move for me as ive been on them day and night for nearly 2 years.

My health phase is going well, ive leaned right out. Bodyweight is the lowest its been in a long time, down to 87kg

I dont think it will be productive getting much leaner so I'm going to add an extra meal and increase carbs.

Peds are increasing slightly to 180 Test E, 70mg NPP weekly

@Capsule Corp Labs @Capsule Corp Rep

Gear is doing its magic even on these low doses, keen to see what effects this small increase in peds has on my physique

True story my great uncle was one. All white suits, cane, gold jewelry, old lady on the arm, the whole thing. Everybody talked about it but him lol. I’ll bet he did more publicly than he did in bed. That was my impression. Maybe that’s the move for you hahaha

Also had an old roommate who was an actual male escort, but he was a drug addict and far more likely to rob the women than anything.

You’re looking big and lean in the pics, that’s a strong rebound with clear muscle detail. The rehab work is paying off and dropping the oxy after 2 years is a huge win.

Adding that extra meal and bumping carbs is the right call now that you’re lean, the 180 test and 70 NPP will fill you out fast without bloat.

Yes really big deal for me tapering that dose down and it's good to know the rehab work is working. Chronic pain has been a debilitating condition I've had for a while now and it does make life difficult at times.

Hoping to increase intensity as my recovery progresses. I will be conservative as to not go overboard and effect the rehab

@willipede You are looking extremely muscular and extremely hard. I'm very impressed with your physique. Keep it up.

Very happy with my current physique, the quality of the gear speaks for itself when I've made progress on such a low dosage, only recently adding the NPP and have just tapered up dosage.

I have been doing my best to nail the diet as I haven't been able to train and still my physique has improved

Proof that low doses work. It's less the number and more our response to it

I've always been one for the long game. I feel like lowest effective dosage is overlooked by alot of people. Honestly most of my progress is coming from diet and low doses of gear.

gear is working magic for sure. @willipede i'm seeing improvement over the last log. still think you have room to get stronger and bigger though

Yes me too, plenty of room for improvement I've just had to pivot my goals. Take a step back from training, do the rehab and ive been working on correcting other life long issue Ive had during this time.

So the next time I blast I know I will be seeing dramatic changes in my physique. I do love training with a high intensity usually but at the moment it doesn't align with my long term goals

@willipede SOLID is all i will say. you look great. the body is jacked and ready to kill it!

Cheers brother very happy with my physique considering the year I've had

Probably not man, but getting “hired” isn’t how you do it. It’s really all about charisma and manipulation hahaha.

But if you really want hotties and not have to play the long con you can just do porn right? Surely you can work your way through a couple rough ones on the way to the top hahaha

Seated Single Leg Press

@willipede the physique looks fantastic. Can definitely see the outer layers of your abs. Keep it going man. We want to be able to see a full six pack.

Im sure i would come in looking a lot more peeled with some better planning. I think a morning fasted pic instead of after a couple meals plus a shave
yeah shaving is important. its not beta to shave as a man

I wonder if the PEDs had stayed the same and the food and training had changed if you'd have still added weight?

Weight gained to date DOES look good.

Im sure weight would have increased just from the carbs and increased glycogen stores ect.

Im not sure if the training would have had any direct effect on bodyweight just yet.

Also NPP going up by 35mg not a huge jump but could definitely contribute to some weight gain.

The plan is to add quality lean mass though not just bodyweight so I think the bump in PEDs will help

Good pump, added in some Incline seated pullovers which i really enjoyed and will be keeping in. May swap the lat pull down for some upper back focus exercise and focus on the pull ups

Solid pump after 21's today
