Newbie and first time poster. A little background - 48 Yr old, 6ft, 205 lbs. Have lost 70 lbs over the past 2 years through diet and exercise - HiiT Cardio and Resistance. Have been largely in a calorie deficit of 500 to 750/day. Recently been prescribed TRT. My total test was ~825, SHBG was 89, so low free test. Have been prescribed 200mg test c weekly (100mg 2x/wk) with Anastrozole, HCG 50mg twice weekly. I've completely hit a wall on my progress over the last 9 months. Stuck in the same +/- 5 pounds with no change in body composition. I don't seem to be able to get below ~20% bf. Ideally, I'd like to loose another 15 to 20 lbs of BF and add about the about the same amount of lean mass. My amateur research says upping the test to 400 - 500mg/ week would give me a better result. Thoughts on just upping the test c vs. stacking? How should I be thinking about either a calorie surplus or deficit? TRT is the first use of any steroids. Thanks in advance!
