Hey all 👋🏽

Got my bloods sorted this week — they’re pretty good overall. Only thing I need to dial in is my oestrogen levels (which is actually a win for me since they usually sit under average).

Moving into this week with a more positive mindset, I’ve kicked off a new training block — one I always enjoy, especially leading into summer.

My Current Split

It’s technically a four-day split, but let’s be real… I’m still training six days 🤣

Mon: Quads + Back

Tue: Chest + Shoulders

Wed: Spin Class or Sprints

Thu: Hamstrings + Traps + Calves

Fri: Biceps + Triceps

Sat: Full Body Kettlebell Workout

Everything is done in supersets, paired exercises.

I hit 4 exercises per muscle group.

This week is a reload week because the training style is quite different from my previous block. So the weights are lighter — just enough to put the body on notice.

(Next week ain’t gonna be this easy 🤣🤣).

Calories & Food

During this block, I’m eating between 2200–2500 calories.

I’ve been at those numbers for years — they work well for me, so no complaints.

I’ll post some pics from the last two days of training, plus a few shots of what I’m eating.

Let me know your thoughts!

Anyway time to send it 🫡

There he is 😎 looking tight brother!

New training block looks solid bro 💪 i do love the style of your training too legend. Keeping strong whilst maintaining performance and speed. What we should all look towards as we get older.

Blood test wise, might be better to test e2 levels again in 2 weeks. We dont want to over shoot the correction and drop estrogen to low. You can pick a single blood test off imedical and just choose to test for e2 only cost about 40 bucks for the one test.

We just dont want to nuke your e2 and be trying to correct from the other end of the spectrum is all brother.

Stay gold legend💛

Amazing. You train hard and eat near damn perfect.
I'd push that protein way up for you bro you're so dense and jacked your body will use it I'd pump it to 300g/day and leave the rest as is.

You told me 6.5mg everyother day
but my tables are 25mg so I halved them and are doing 12.5mg every other day because they are too small to halve again, will that be ok seeing as it’s so high ?
You can do 12.5mg twice a week. It being "so high" isn't that bad as long as you get it in range or mid to high range. The last thing you want is tanked e2 levels or even just pretty low levels, trust me.
@LevButlerov will have the final call on this one though so sit tight.

Thanks brother for your time appreciate it,
yea 100% I’ll start pushing for more protein

I did feel 12.5mg twice would be the sweet spot so definitely will get my bloods done again shortly to see where I’m at.

Try 3x/week mon/wed/fri @Mr.M and see bloods in 2 weeks, you wont be completely tanked in 2 weeks and easy for us to see.

Just got through reading your log. You’re doing great. Coming back from a heart attack is no joke. Stay positive, strong, consistent snd you are going to achieve more than you have hoped for. Looking forward to following along.
@BigD9795 thank you for taking the time to read my story really appreciate the support 💪🏽

@Mr.M Any update on the bloods?

Do you have your troponin tests from the hospital and do you know your most recent ejection fraction? If you check my 2025 log I too had a heart issue in 2019 and am still on meds for it. My E/F has improved to 53% now after 6 years. I'd love to hear your full story brother.
