Definitely some good advice on this. Sometimes squats can do more harm than good.
 
I always cringe when I see people doing squats at the gym. They just don't know what they're doing. They do more harm for sure.
 
It's very important to do squats correctly. Make sure that you are not putting pressure on your hips or your knees.
