Touchdown, cant get enough of the injectable l carnitine. 20mg reta for my aunty and methylene blue for my cousin. Im the family dealer lol. Cheers for the viagra mate, just need some moisturiser so i dont burn too much skin off my hand lol

So ended up taking a few meth blues from my cousin(yes i told her i was) lol as wanted to see how it goes. So 2day stabbed some carnitine, my usual gh, mots-c, 5 amino and some slu-pp. And took 20mg meth blue all before my fasted cardio. Well the sweat kept coming and coming and coming. Glad i take hydralites upon waking. Normally after an hour fasted cardio i get home refuel and take a nap. Today got home replenished and done housework. Didnt need a nap. I put it down to addition of meth blue. In honesty i did get 7hours sleep last night too. Either way probably going to add to regular stack when order next. I do have 2 more so will continue over weekend but unsure if fasted cardio will happen. Will take dog for fasted walk though. Give it a shot peeps. Unless on ssri meds then be cautious. But atleast give carnitine a go. Been losing weight alot faster with injectable added

Hi Iron Clad Fam!

I thought I would share the below info from my log (https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/10-week-ultimate-cut-cycle-log.109248/#post-1981184) for anyone who has been on the fence with slu. I have had some pretty interesting results with @CladHQ's Slu 20mg caps!

SLU - PP - 332

I regularly use a HIIT session on the assault bike to track my cardiovascular fitness and VO2 capacity.
In my previous log, I was utilising Slu at 1000 - 2000mcg 2x per day before training.

Before starting Slu, my heart rate average on the assault bike was 162- 165bpm for a 10min interval session (1 minute working / 1 minute slow).
In that 10 min timeframe (without slu), I burnt just under 100 calories on the bike or around 160~ according to my Apple Watch.

After running Slu for just a week, my average heart rate came down to around 150bpm (lowest was 145bpm), and I burnt more calories within that 10min timeframe (110cals on bike and over 200kcals according to my watch).

IRON CLAD LABS - SLU USE / FEEDBACK

I have been running @CladHQ's Slu-pp-332 (20mg caps) for the past week, and have already seen a dramatic improvement in my training!
For those who followed along in my previous log, you would have noticed that I am no stranger to mito stacks and my love/hate relationship with the assault bike hahah!

After finishing a month of running Cardarine + SLU, I’ve now dropped Cardarine and switched to @CladHQ SLU (20mg) only.
Just over a week in, performance is still climbing.

Control test (unchanged):
10-minute Assault Bike
3.5 miles / 5.63 km @ 21 mph (33.8 km/h)

• Baseline: 100.7 cals (avg HR 175 bpm)
• Cardarine + SLU: 121.6 cals (avg HR 165 bpm)
• SLU only: 127.1 cals

That’s roughly a 26% increase in work output from baseline at the same duration and conditions.

Less cardiac strain, more work produced, and improvements are continuing even after removing Cardarine, which is a very good sign for conditioning carryover.

I believe @CladHQ has hit the ball out of the park with this dosage offering! I find 20mg is the sweet spot for Slu, and I am excited to see how far I can leverage this in my training! Excited is an understatement. Here's to targeting North of 130cals on the assault bike...

Hi All, just an update on my current use of @CladHQ's 100IU HgH kit since starting on 09 Feb 2026.

First off the bat! There has been a strong level of attention to detail put into the product packaging.
While some people focus purely on results rather than presentation, packaging still reflects the standards and effort a lab invests in delivering an overall quality product. @CladHQ product line-up has definitely ticked all the right boxes here!

What about on the inside, though?
Well, earlier on, we saw @CladHQ launch his product line with jano tests galore! Since the 100IU kit had already undergone HPLC testing, I was confident the GH blood test from the 10IU vial supplied for testing would come back exactly as expected, which was later confirmed!

PRODUCT USAGE

DOSAGE: I currently take 4IU at night, 90 minutes after my last meal and at least 60 minutes before my bedtime.

Reconstitution of @CladHQ's gh is pretty dam easy. As soon as that bac water hits the powder, it dissolves instantly, with minimal vial rotations required until it is crystal clear. Using the Lilly Ergo 2 pen sold by @CladHQ, I am able to reconstitute a week's worth of my Gh dose (3x 10IU vials) into the 3ml peptide vial. Which saves me time and effort at night when all I want to do is get to bed hahaah!

EARLY RESULTS

I can honestly say that I normally have water fluctuations between Hgh brands, with some brands even giving me swelling across my hands and feet (which eventually subsides after a few days). Not the case here, as my weight stayed the same once I started running @CladHQ's Gh! My sleep scores have significantly improved as well, with an average sleep time of 7 hours and 45 minutes (up from 7 hours). I also scored the highest sleep score rating since starting with Clad!

After I have run Clad's kits for another 4-5 weeks, I will be doing a follow-up blood test to check IGF-1 saturation levels... which I am sure will be amazing once again!

Heya Ladies & Gents,
Here it is... my personal experience with this little bad boy of a peptide called PT141, and it is a bad boy, let me tell you!
...Bad boy because every single time I take it, it makes me nauseous as hell!

Dose: 3mg per week split over 3 days

Firstly, let’s start with a little back story…mum of 3 and wife of @roguepineapple, works full time and all the things that make life busy. Plus decided that I can’t let @roguepineapple get fit and sexy without me
Lucky enough to have a very happy and active marriage if you know what I mean… but who doesn’t want an extra bit of pizang if it is there?

So here begins the journey of jabbing myself every second day for the last two weeks…
The first jab resulted in instant nausea and a general feeling of unwellness. But no obvious signs of increased libido. How disappointing… I think I was expecting to have an instant desire to drag hubby to the bedroom and not leave for a few days.
It wasn’t until the 2nd and 3rd jab that I noticed the extra sensation in all the right areas. Heck Yes!! To the point that the seam in my jeans was hitting the right way. Shuffling at my desk and sometimes even walking… yes girl,s imagine those hamstring curls and leg raises…hmmm

Each time the effects of increasing sensation and tingling were better. To the point that the nausea was a small inconvenience to the results. Reaching the big O was coming on faster and stronger, making @roguepineapple feel like a king.
Things were going great until my last jab 3 days ago…Took the shot… started my day feeling a bit nauseous and then BAM! I was hugging the toilet bowl like it was an old lover.
Killing my relationship with PT-141 and all its extra little sensations and tingles
I later found out that I overdosed on my shot and took 2mg in a single dose... NEVER AGAIN!

I'm back to square one with PT-141... slowly building up my confidence with it again. To be continued

but good to know it is doing its job in those other areas! Just need to find a way to manage the nausea. I am going to stock an anti-nausea medication that should help with the nausea / stop it altogether. I will have this in stock in ~2 weeks. Thanks to @fingers86 for the great recommendation on this.

I will get this across to you when I have it on hand - perhaps can add to your log if you wish. Would be interesting to see whether a single dose of the anti-nausea medication following injection (or when nausea occurs) stops it altogether.

10IU (100IU HGH) | PRODUCT UPDATE

Hi All, just an update on my current use of @CladHQ's 100IU HgH kit since starting on 09 Feb 2026.

First off the bat! There has been a strong level of attention to detail put into the product packaging.
While some people focus purely on results rather than presentation, packaging still reflects the standards and effort a lab invests in delivering an overall quality product. @CladHQ product line-up has definitely ticked all the right boxes here!

What about on the inside, though?
Well, earlier on, we saw @CladHQ launch his product line with jano tests galore! Since the 100IU kit had already undergone HPLC testing, I was confident the GH blood test from the 10IU vial supplied for testing would come back exactly as expected, which was later confirmed!

PRODUCT USAGE

DOSAGE: I currently take 4IU at night, 90 minutes after my last meal and at least 60 minutes before my bedtime.

Reconstitution of @CladHQ's gh is pretty dam easy. As soon as that bac water hits the powder, it dissolves instantly, with minimal vial rotations required until it is crystal clear. Using the Lilly Ergo 2 pen sold by @CladHQ, I am able to reconstitute a week's worth of my Gh dose (3x 10IU vials) into the 3ml peptide vial. Which saves me time and effort at night when all I want to do is get to bed hahaah!

EARLY RESULTS

I can honestly say that I normally have water fluctuations between Hgh brands, with some brands even giving me swelling across my hands and feet (which eventually subsides after a few days). Not the case here, as my weight stayed the same once I started running @CladHQ's Gh! My sleep scores have significantly improved as well, with an average sleep time of 7 hours and 45 minutes (up from 7 hours). I also scored the highest sleep score rating since starting with Clad!

After I have run Clad's kits for another 4-5 weeks, I will be doing a follow-up blood test to check IGF-1 saturation levels... which I am sure will be amazing once again!

When you continue to use the pen the plunger will end up pushing the rubber stopper down towards the needle. I have seen people reuse the glass vial by injecting in through the (needle end) to refill the vial etc. but then the issues of sterility etc come into question.
It would be like reusing a steroid vial over again once finished… which shouldn’t be considered - so I personally just replace the 3ml vial once finished.

A quick search online will put you in front of a number of websites that stock the peptide pen vials (just make sure they are sterile packaged). They are easy enough to find and quite cheap .
As for the needles, your local chemist will stock them as well.

Yep only once bro. But typically you will put 1-2 weeks worth of whatever pep / GH in the 3ml cartridge. So you are not actually going through too many.
