I cant stress enough how @Norvex actually cares about customers. I wanted to place an order and before getting to buisiness checked in to see how i was going with personsl shit going on. They could have just completed transaction instead of waisting their own time having a yarn and actually making my mood improve. Can't wait to post more touchdown photos.

Goes to show how great of a community we have here on EVO! No matter who you are vendor or regular Joe blow everyone has time to offer advice or check up on you

I'm unsure what customers I haven't replied to. I have found one customer which I missed from 2 days ago. I've offered to send out express shipping because I didn't open his payment for 2 days. Apart from that, if I haven't replied after payment or anything else, please reach out.

I genuinely have no idea which customer this has been about but I'll always make right. I've messaged Eddie directly to try and work this out and if I am in the wrong with anything I'll take 100% responsibility and make right where I need to.

I will also hold off from taking any new orders until this is sorted out and the faith is 100% restored.
 
The issue with the customer has been resolved. It was a missed message of payment and I have sorted it with them. I'll still hold off from taking any new orders for today at least to go through and make sure I haven't missed anyone else's messages.

If there's anytime that something like this were to happen again, please reach out. I'm never going to get annoyed if people want to double check their money has landed and order has been sorted. I know money isn't easy to come by. I know a lot of you guys have families. I'm sure a few guys can vouch after they've told me they are struggling, I've helped with cheaper orders or free items. I know that the cost of living is ridiculous at the moment. So I don't take any customer for granted.

But I'm only human. We are small time compared to the majority of other vendors. Sometimes I might miss a message or something. If you are unsure of something, just reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.

Soon we will temporarily cap the customers so we don't drop the ball. If we miss something, I'll make it right, always. Just please bare with us as we all have families and jobs outside of this.

He’s handled the issue with absolute class, and people can order with CONFIDENCE knowing that regardless of what happens @Norvex is going to get it done 🔥 appreciate the service! Update on pumping 1.2g test u before I left Australia. It's been 10 days now and I feel fucking good still. This was with 700 mg of @Gold Standard Labs sus and 3mg of @Wolfenstein reta. Thanks for keeping me in the zone lads! Be back in 3 weeks 💪

Test u definately great when travelling. I had to go to the usa a few times in 2024 for 3-4 weeks at a time and it really saved me

We are a small crew and don't want to go above and beyond our capacity so for now we are capping our customer intake.
We don't want to drop the ball and lose out on customer service.

I haven't been overseas or on holidays since 2008 😭 I'll pull bloods when I get back to Australia. See what it's like after a month of zero pins. See how the 700 sus and 1.2g test U held up bloods wise after 4 week holiday

Found @Norvex to be great to deal with and extremely professional. His list is impressive and presentation is as good as you could hope for, inclusion of a BAC neatly packed in with peptides is also a nice touch. If the same attention to detail is applied to his brewing as everything else, can only imagine the oils are going to be quality.

Loving all the touch downs. His GH is great, taking 5iu before bed, sleeping like a log and getting some hand cramps so you know its well dosed
 
Thanks bro. I know im only new to this forum. Came from a different forum, but ive been using norvex for a bit. Its legit stuff. Its pretty simple, i order, he responds straight away and i have my stuff quick and its good. What more can you ask for!!!
