Goal: build a lot of tissue initially I’m far off the pace size wise and this has been chatted about with coach. We want to bring a good package and be competitive so won’t be turning up if we aren’t fully ready to go. He will be honest throughout, as will I. Don’t want to be deluded. Goal now is to compete in first timers 2026. This will be to get experience and hopefully bring a nice package. It will be hard work but I feel extremely motivated and feel I can put together the necessary effort.

Just a brief intro as I’ve been on here for a while. Pulled bloods and they’ve come out squeaky clean. Will be starting my blast this week. Goal is to do my first comp next year once I’ve built the required tissue. At the moment I’m too thin and and don’t have enough muscle. I’ve included my check in shots fasted from today below. Will be more of a continuation on from a previous log. Want to say thanks again to @BigBoyLabs for the continued support.

Lower 1:

Seated Calf: 26.25x10, x10, x10 rep match
Cyb Adductor: 67x19, 81x8
Nautilus Glute Drive: 85x8, 67.5x18
Laying Ham: 120x10, 90x15
DB RDL: 65x6, x5
Cybex Squat Press: 130x10, 85x15 RP
Hoist Ext: 102x8, 102x8

4x Lat raise and hanging leg raise post session.

30 minute cardio at 137bpm average completed this morning


Overall good session. Had initially thought I’d some power back pain. But having done the Cybex squat press and leg extension, had noticed it was just some erector pump. Was cautious but took load and reps on every movement extremely pleased with progression. I’ve learned from previous mistakes where load came over everything. Heard a great saying “control the weight, don’t let it control you” and that’s a mantra I’m living by so I stay healthy and maximise longevity and performance. Small calorie progression defo shining now it’s a bit easier to progress session to session.

Another note cycle wise is total dosage will be split into 5 daily shots Monday-Friday. Gh will be administered daily pre bed.

Bros at 24 years old, you've got the potential to really go far and bodybuilding.
 
Yes, you are young but who cares?

You're old enough to buy a gun or go into the military or old enough to use steroids in my view.
 
If you're serious about bodybuilding, I got no issues with someone your age using steroids.

That's good. That's your being honest about it as well.
