Goal is to do my first comp next year once I’ve built the required tissue. At the moment I’m too thin and and don’t have enough muscle. I’ve included my check in shots fasted from today below. Will be more of a continuation on from a previous log. Want to say thanks again to @BigBoyLabs for the continued support.

Overall good session. Had initially thought I’d some power back pain. But having done the Cybex squat press and leg extension, had noticed it was just some erector pump. Was cautious but took load and reps on every movement extremely pleased with progression. I’ve learned from previous mistakes where load came over everything. Heard a great saying “control the weight, don’t let it control you” and that’s a mantra I’m living by so I stay healthy and maximise longevity and performance. Small calorie progression defo shining now it’s a bit easier to progress session to session.

Another note cycle wise is total dosage will be split into 5 daily shots Monday-Friday. Gh will be administered daily pre bed.

If you're serious about bodybuilding, I got no issues with someone your age using steroids.

That's good. That's your being honest about it as well.

test mast and primo is a solid and mild stack.

Coach has been pushing it up by maybe 200 or so weekly so far. Weight hasn’t budged much though😂 the rebound is fantastic though. Had previously done some dirty bulking and ended up fucking my digestion and insulin sensitivity so being more sensible this time round!

Same bro, slow and consistent increase in kcals when you see that the body is responding well to it otherwise you just get fat, can't wait to start the rebound after the show or there after to get massive😤😤😤.

Took a few personal days from evo have some stuff going on but moving on regardless. Appetite been shit and stress slightly up but back training today. Feeling better now and will continue to improve just a small blip in life. Have started a new job and higher pay rate so pleased and busy which is good

Comeback
Have essentially got a double whammy. Some personal stuff but then got a gnarly flu had more or less 2 weeks off the gym. Scale weight has stayed similar at 82.2, bp and bp in a good spot. This week will be devolume sessions to ease back in and fully recover. I will be doing the 2nd back off lighter set and staying 2 reps shy of failure.

Upper completed yesterday and lower today. Feeling good again and thankful the illness has finally shifted. Just got a new apartment and have fully settled into a new job so everything is looking up. Just thankful to be back doing what I love and can’t wait to make some big leaps again

Apologies to evo and really appreciate all the support from the brothers on here. Can expect the log to be updated more regularly now. Health is fully firing and body feels primed and ready to push on

You're not stepping on stage, there is no need for insulin use at all imo.
