Goal: build a lot of tissue initially I’m far off the pace size wise and this has been chatted about with coach. We want to bring a good package and be competitive so won’t be turning up if we aren’t fully ready to go. He will be honest throughout, as will I. Don’t want to be deluded. Goal now is to compete in first timers 2026. This will be to get experience and hopefully bring a nice package. It will be hard work but I feel extremely motivated and feel I can put together the necessary effort.

Just a brief intro as I’ve been on here for a while. Pulled bloods and they’ve come out squeaky clean. Will be starting my blast this week. Goal is to do my first comp next year once I’ve built the required tissue. At the moment I’m too thin and and don’t have enough muscle. I’ve included my check in shots fasted from today below. Will be more of a continuation on from a previous log. Want to say thanks again to @BigBoyLabs for the continued support.
