Hey brothers!

Ive been ask to share my journey im happy to share and help any old dudes that are overweight like i was! So ill share my roller coaster journey for the beginners like myself that there is hope and if i can lose weight so can you.

Im 46 young..
i was 155kgs
now currently down to 120kgs

here is what i used to get my weight down

i had a few hurdles i had to go through to even be able to use any from of peds i done that many blood tests with my doctor ive now got scars in my arms. Long story short i had iron overload a genetic disease called hemochromatosis once i got that sorted i was good to go.

Ive only just started using injectable l carnitine i wish i had earlier..its been a game changer for me. And also started abit of clen that has melted the fat the last couple of weeks.

i will update a new body scan soon and update pic

1 meal a day no carbs!
fasted cardio 30 mins -till how ever long i can last at the gym
16 hours fast.

i train min 3 x week minimum
1st day push upper body x3 different isolations x 3 reps of 15 minimum
2nd day pull upper body x3 different isolationsx 3 reps of 15 minimum
3rd cardio legs and core. x3 different isolationsx 3 reps of 15 minimum
 
1 meal a day is a great way to boost insulin sensitivity and keep glucagon high and insulin low

but carbs aren't necessarily your enemy as long as you go after the good carbs. things like beans/peas (if you can digest them only), fruits, veggies, sweet potatoes and brown rice are good carbs . in the blue zones for example 60-70% of their macros are carbs but they are good carbs like the ones i listed

i just relised when you said fruits i eat mixed berries and banana to break my fast lol i eat broccoli aswell i guess what i should of clarified is that i dont eat white rice or white potatoes or any sugars bascially the bad carbs. Thanks bro for clearing that up for me! cheers @stevesmi

You're 120kgs now, so let's discuss goals.
100kgs is a good goal, would you agree?

Cycle
Your 3rd cycle, I would start with what works.
250mgs testosterone/week
100mgs primobolan/week
30mgs anavar/day
7caps n2guard/day organ liver support a must

Clenbuterol
I don't like clenbuterol due to the heart effects for bigger guys, I dont suggest it for you.

Fasting
The best way to get your fat loss going is via fasting. We should combine your regular OMAD fasting with rolling fasting to really take it to the next level.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good, actual meals please
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

Today i did fasted cardio in the morning for about an 1hour. 30 mins ski walking tredmil and 30 mins treadmil with random sprints when ever i can.
After gym me and mrs went out for our cheat day of pho soup (NO noodles dont worry lol) and chicken only food intake for today. I usually just have soup...but today i wanted chicken face palm lol
So i made sure i did another gym session later on today push day weights all my weight lifting i start off low then build up to my max comfortable weight i can push minimum of 10 -15 reps. 20kg x3 sets chest incline and 20kg x3 sets decline 20kg x3 sets flat bench did some much needed lower back excercises to strengthen my lower back and some shoulder rotator cuf excercises to stregthen my shoulders. 20kgs x3 sets of shoulder press. I couldnt lift anymore.
