Eat 2000 calories same meals every day.
Train pplrulr.
Walk 10k + steps a day.
On TRT 87.5mg test e weely eod injections and 12mg retatrutide weekly.

Started my journey August 2024, started glp1 August 2025 and trt January 1st 2026.

Im new to the scene never stept foot in a gym until march last year any advice would be amazing.

My goal is 100kg then go from there maybe jump on a cycle.

This is my plan

350mg Test E weekly. 100mg eod injection weeks 1 to 16.
350mg Primo weekly. 100mg eod injection weeks 1 to 12.
50mg Anavar daily weeks 9 to 16.
3 iu HGH daily.
2mg GHK-CU daily 12 weeks on 12 off.
10mg Retatrutide weekly.
0.5mg Anastrozole eod if needed.

Bloods at 6 weeks in.
Bloods at 16 weeks in.

Back to my normal TRT dose 17 weeks and onwards.

PCT schedule starts 2 weeks after last Test E and Primo pin.

4900iu HCG 700iu eod weeks 1 to 2.
50mg Clomiphine daily weeks 1 to 3.
40mg Tamoxifin daily weeks 1 to 3.
25mg Clomiohine daily weeks 4 to 6.
20mg Tamoxifin daily weeks 4 to 6.

Im going to eat 3200 calories a day
Train PPLRULR split with 10k daily steps.

Wake up 6am
Walk 3km
Breakfast 10:30am
Pre workout and hydralyte sports 11:15am
Train 11:45am - 1:15pm
Post workout lunch 1:30pm
Dinner 6:00pm
Casein shake 9:00pm
Bed 10pm

And no need for PCT if dropping back to TRT

That's a massive dose of reta in a short time frame , what dose did you start on?
 
I started on 2.5mg tirzepatide weekly from gp in August last year by december was up to 15mg weekly tirzepatide in december. Started on 5mg reta which didn't seem to work so jumped to 10mg 2 weeks ago. My GP said because high dose tirzepatide I would need higher dose retatrutide the get appetite suppression effects.

Im currently 30% body fat apparently so once I get down to 100kg should be around 15% and that would be the time to jump on yeah? Or try lose more weight ?

Hey bro welcome, just had a read over all this and looked at your photo in your first post here.

If I was you I wouldn't run a cycle not at this stage.

What I would do, fat loss aids.

Some things you could consider.:
Slu
Mots c
MB
Clen

Focus on dropping the weight because anabolics are not fat loss aids.

If you are on trt dosages stay on them no point in doing a pct

Love the PPL + UL hybrid split mate. One of my favorites. Cracker effort so far. Keen to see you hit those double digits.
 
Had a dexa scan done before I started going to gym amd my lean mass was 84.5kg or 85.4 kg one or the other. That was march last year ive tripled my lifts and arms and chest have grown substantially. I'll go to melbourne and get another scan within the next few weeks
 
Dexa is bs man. Hydration being fasted, well rested your electrolytes if you've taken a dump before hand. All of that can drastically change your results.

How do I know I tested it. Fated and dehydrated. Had 700ml of water with electrolyte powder and results were drastically different

Can assess at the time. The leaner you are the less side effects you will have and the more muscle you will build.
So if someone came in here at 15% we would be advising them to cut first. As a general rule 15% is when you want to stop the bulk.

Just keep chipping away , this game is about consistency, your doing wonders for your health and adding years onto your life.

For sure, even start logging mate, means we can give you support as you go along and will help to keep you on track, nothing wrong with having people in your corner when things get tougher.

Hey bro!

I’m on a similar journey to you, you’re killing it so far congrats on a killer start!

I’d say body fat % is more important than weight before choosing when to jump on gear. Mainly because of the way you aromatise a lot more when in higher bf percentages. Take it from me as someone that jumped to 200 in test at around 25% bf my weight was struggling to drop at around 2000 calories a day as my estrogen was ridiculously high and was hindering my progress. From what I’ve been told get cut and lean and then start the talk about PED’s. plannings never a bad thing for a cycle either but your bloods will look completely different at 15% than they do now and will likely alter what compounds are more appropriate for you if you continue to cut or go into a bulk.

The people on here are super supportive aswell and are always looking to point you in the right direction. If you start a log other members and mods can have a look at your workouts, diet, bloods and give you a few pointers moving forward 😃
