Naps Gear runaround help appreciated

I don’t even know how to use bitcoin, like I’m going to ai generate 7 photos of which didn’t have the misspellings, etc.
Time for us to all ignore the masterbater (the shitty little ai jizz bot) Cost me more to fill up my 3500 with fuel than the $200+ in order.

IT’S PRINCIPLE AND GOOD BUSINESS TO NOT PISS PEOPLE OFF.

Up to 18 people telling me they are done buying unless this gets fixed and unfortunately, many won’t return. So, Naps need to figure this out and find the internal rat taking the Zelle money as I’ve been asked to send $ to 4 different Zelle accounts now.

Let’s go! Get big!

Take accountability to hold suppliers to a higher standard.
Take accountability to provide more recent lab tests.
Take accountability to collect, secure and confirm payment methods of hard working customers.
Take accountability to provide consistent customer service so that one person (jasonhill) doesn’t have to clean up everyone’s mess.
Take accountability with the weekly bullshit product of the week vote (that one is funny, I don’t really care like some others that actually vote thinking it makes a difference).
I could go one but the same can be said for many businesses.

I’m not here to shit on anyone as I am still a naps customer; albeit much less frequently….which is the point of my post. People are fed up and it’s being voiced on many platforms.

Jimbo is upset cos I posted about how you and others ended up having to deal with one member who had created fake smashed vials. I referred to how not all who complain are GTG but sometimes try to scam sponsors. Of course he took it personally.

Bro. Don’t let them trick you into thinking the whole issue is because you didn’t pay with bitcoin. I been dealing with naps 7 yrs. AND NEVER PAID WITH BITCOIN!!!! I’ve always used debit card when it was available or money gram and never had an issue with payment. Even if the Zelle was an issue it shouldn’t be listed on there site for payment option. The real deal is they have so many orders they gotta refund or replace from that bunk gear from Ultima, XT labs, Geneza and probably more ,,, They trying to get out of paying whoever believes that bullshit. Everybody knows what’s going on as I said they just playing games with you everyday.

The lab reports are out there with all the fake gear and naps continues to sell those suppliers in their buy 3 get 1 deals. How can you trust that??

Beligas a few years ago everytime someone asked about it they was calling it BUNK and FAKE on this forum & when they became a sponsor on naps and another source,,, Now all of a sudden it’s TOP NOTCH 🤣🤣🤣!!!! This forum use to be and feel like a brotherhood now it’s just a bunch of salespeople and scammers. It’s best to do your own research rather than listen to these used car salesmen’s

As for your payment, our team is still checking with the bank and we haven’t received confirmation yet. We’ll update you as soon as we hear back.

I understand this has been frustrating, but with zelles payments, there can sometimes be delays or glitches, whether it’s on your side, Zelle’s side, or the bank’s. Posting the same screenshots multiple times and putting all the blame on Napsgear doesn’t really reflect how these things work.

Also, saying we’re scamming you for $247 isn’t fair. We’ve been around for over 25 years, and that’s not something we would do.

Like I’ve mentioned before, the team is already working on verifying your payment. Please give it a bit more time while we sort this out.

Hi brother, Ultima and beligas confirmed about their bad batches due improper raw powders and we are providing replacements / store credit for these bad batches.

Also, you and I have had multiple conversations about the various issues you’ve faced. In this industry, given the nature of the business, occasional issues can come up, but every time you’ve reached out to me, I’ve been there to assist you and work toward a resolution.

Can you recall any instance where I didn’t respond or failed to provide assistance with your concerns?

Hi mate, if you have any doubt regarding the quality of the geneza, do one thing buy any gear from geneza do the lab test and post the lab test result here and if it's turn bunk, we'll compensate full amount of the lab test as well as the order cost.

Anyone who purchase the gear from us from any brand are free to do a lab test from their end, we're not restricting our customer to do the lab tests.

Naps needs to take accountability it’s that simple. I previously stated that I became a member of this forum because I was having continued issues with Napsgear. Had to join this community just to get resolution on all the order issues from naps subpar customer support. Jason seems to be the only one that can get anything resolved.

I would say of all my Napsgear orders in a 1 year time span I have had issues with 40% of them. In the end, Naps made 100% of them right. Now does that make me happy or want to continue supporting a hit or miss company? No, in the end it’s subpar service and a major headache. If that’s my experience I can’t imagine I’m the only one getting served a shit sandwich with every other order placed. Vets on here can go out of their way to stick up for a forum sponsor but again that means very little to me when I have experienced the opposite. And so many others online as well. We don’t need to name names or post proof, it’s all out there and will eventually catch up to more customers.

But luckily there’s other sources out there. No one is holding a gun to our head to shop Napsgear. I have moved to USP. Outstanding service and recent lab results of all their products.

Explain to me why I would want to keep dealing with continued headaches and issues one after another regardless if they were resolved. Get it right the first or second time. Not the 3rd or 4th

You’re right, brother and I agree with you.

At the same time, only a small number of people face repeated issues; it’s not something that happens with every order. As I mentioned earlier, given the nature of the business, issues can happen with any source. No legitimate source, including us, would ever intentionally want customers to face problems. Do you really think we’d want that? No good brand would risk its reputation like that.

Sometimes things are simply beyond our control, like shipping, suppliers, or customs. That said, we never want to lose our valued and loyal customers.

I’m taking your feedback positively and will share it with the entire NAPS team so we can continue improving.

I’m not cutting and pasting names. That’s like being a Covid shot Gestapo rat. But as you’re seeing if they want to post some are coming forward. It’s up to them to post their names. I’m not a lefty checking id’s to keep ice out. The numbers are real and yes specific.

To be real, it’s not over until it’s over and gear is shipped and in hand. In week 5 now but at least the they have finally admitted to payment being made. Now sitting in processing for a week waiting to ship domestic order.

I have not brought up bunk gear but I will be testing what arrives when it arrives.

Sadly NapsGear is dropping the ball. Two more today, from this evolutionary family (thank you for seeing the light), have direct messaged me saying the are done purchasing from NapsGear *because of the treatment I’m receiving* and the bunk they have received have said they are finished purchasing.
Open your eyes @jasonhill800!! That’s now a total of 13 in this group and personal contacts that are not purchasing again with this style of treatment and all the proof of payment.
Your list went from 13 in the peanut gallery cheering you on and quitting Napsgear up to 26; at 13 people you had some apparently claiming they have received bunk (see above bold quote). So if you're going to add 26 people to bolster your ticket you have in with Napsgear I think you should at least point out who received bunk gear. If you won't name them then what was bunk? Claiming to have over two dozen people so loyal to you that they became fed up and quit Napsgear because of Zelle being delayed and then not having one of 26 to chime in here for you identifying this just tells me you doubled your number 13 to make it look good (ie: 13x2=26). All you did was foolishly use Zelle which has been known to cause problems (not Napsgear's fault - this is the buyers beware for Zelle and you FAFO'd with Zelle) so I imagine if one of your loyal 26-man DM posse received bunk gear they would cause sh*t a storm that would eclipse the one you caused here? Are these 26 all deferring to you to point out this Zelle and bunk gear issue because they haven't or won't raise a complaint here on EVO? Once you actually spend time reading every threaded post in order you will see the reality of the situation. The numbers continued to jump as it started with 4, didn’t say the original were all on forum as 2 were me and wife. One was my attorney and then the thread grew and others started to jump in.

To say not one of 26 chimed in is amazingly stupid as you didn’t read as they were chiming in and now are still chiming in. Funny how selective some get and try to show math. Great you can do multiplication. Yes 13x2 is 26 but there were numbers in between like 20, then 22, then 26 as it grew. Serious note, 3 more have contacted me and that grew to 29. Sadly people jump in with assumptions versus seeing full thread. I know it’s long and growing just as your now attack on me. Read!

Others have posted about bunk as I didn’t know the bunk issue being new to platform and I have some of the gear from suppliers that they say were bunk but have not had issues other than Belgras having the rubber stopper shread in all 4 vials of mine. Belgras helped a brother out on the stopper issue and sent out new vials but haven’t even complained on that for my personal supply. I’m fact, what do you think about me using a filtered syringe for that rubber stopper issue to keep using those crap vials? I didn’t even throw them under bus. My focus is and always has been on my ticket issue that is still being worked through.

Zelle is an issue for NapsGear which if you read is why I came to this forum, for help from brothers in the lifestyle, and not attack for claiming I was fake. Darn, DMT totally makes sense after reading your spectacular, no joking spectacular, log. Trust me for PTSD the DMT and a little Molly will do wonders. Helped me. But better for the addiction issues go try Ibogaine. It’s doing wonders for both addiction and ptsd with soldiers and warriors. It’ll be like it never happened. Thinking about it. @LevButlerov I usually stay a bit undercover but will see. It’s basically real similar to the brother above that I poked. Nearly identical in too many weird yet good ways. Right down to the breed of our dogs. Just not as articulately laid out.

If you have the info start sharing :D @Jimbo$ and why undercover steroids pretty much legal in USA no issues, they dont even worry about weed these days, things are different. And you dont put your name on the log its anonymous and EVO family VIP for you too :D

Well you certainly made an 'over' cover vs undercover splash jumping into the EVO pool here. It was a cannonball splash entry I kinda like it in a messed up way. Either way it's all good... *group hug* 🤗🤗

I actually did write a thesis. Left University for the Police Force. M.Sc in Math/Physics.

Then only store credit for an empty storefront online of anything decent. Funny how that worked. Showdown continues. Let’s try order 3 and see if anything works right this time.

My order but let’s hope it goes better for order 3. Struggles of ordering online I suppose. Waiting 31 days on order 2 to be told out of stock when bitcoin was accepted right away did suck especially after order 1 was a weird deal as you remember. Thanks @LevButlerov
