Well boys it’s here. The Tren monster. Feel like fucking Superman even in a caloric deficit. Micro dosing daily hopefully will be the ticket. Because boy I feel like my Johnson grew an inch today. Forgot how it feels to be on Tren 😂


Today was another solid day on the cut. Strength is climbing, pumps are ridiculous, and somehow I’m still getting leaner while feeling fuller. Calories stayed controlled but performance was through the roof.


Meals today:


Meal 1


  • 2 servings Greek yogurt
  • 2 servings honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 43g protein shake
  • Jerky (80 cal / 15g protein)

Approx macros:
~700 calories
~74g protein
~73g carbs
~5g fat


Pre-workout


  • 1 scoop ISO protein
  • 1 pack Pop-Tarts

Approx macros:
~390 calories
~27g protein
~39g carbs
~11g fat


Post-workout


  • 2 scoops ISO protein

Approx macros:
~240 calories
~50g protein
~4g carbs
~2g fat


Dinner


  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 3 oz 93/7 ground beef
  • 3 flour tortillas

Approx macros:
~710 calories
~49g protein
~48g carbs
~35g fat


Daily totals:
~2,040 calories
~200g protein
~164g carbs
~53g fat

Morning weight: 173.5

Up about 5 pounds from last week but honestly not stressing it. Pretty obvious this is from bumping calories and carbs back up from around 2000 to 2500 daily. Glycogen is one hell of a thing. Workouts feel dramatically better, pumps are insane, strength is climbing back up, and I’m looking way fuller overall instead of that flat depleted look.

At this point I’m less focused on the scale and more focused on the mirror. Waist still looks tight, vascularity is improving, and performance is through the roof right now. Feels more like a recomp phase than a straight starvation cut at this point.

Meals yesterday:

Meal 1:

  • 2 servings Greek yogurt
  • Blueberries
  • Honey
  • 43g protein shake
Pre workout:

  • Sweet rice bowl
    • ~1.25 cups white rice
    • Honey
    • Splash whole milk
  • 1 scoop ISO protein
Post workout:

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • Mixed veggies
  • Bagel
  • Light butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Jam
Night snack:

  • 2 scoops ISO protein
  • 1 pack Ritz crackers
  • 1 serving peanut butter
  • ~15 fresh cherries
Macros:
~2450-2550 calories
~210g protein
~270-280g carbs
~50-55g fat

Current stack:

  • 400 mg Test Prop weekly split into daily pins
  • 100 mg Mast P weekly daily pins
  • 70 mg Tren A weekly daily pins
  • 50 mg Anavar daily sublingual pre workout
  • 20 mg Cardarine daily pre workout
  • 5 mg Cialis daily
  • 3 mg Reta weekly split in 2
  • 2 mg Tirz once weekly
5 more weeks left on this setup. Might titrate Mast up depending on bloodwork, but the rest will likely stay exactly where it’s at.

Goal now is simple:
Keep getting leaner while staying full, strong, and performing hard in the gym.

Got the bloods back. Ended up going through Rythm Health just because of the easy access AI help and has a great UI to track monthly results

Not showing any symptoms yet. Feel really good. Dick still hard as granite and libido is high. I’m going to get my bloods done again in 2 weeks. Want to see if the Mast will lower it at all if not I have AI on deck. Just trying to avoid crashing my E2

Been a few days. Disney trip was a fucking success. 😂


Went in knowing I wasn’t going to be perfect and honestly I tried to eat every piece of shit food I could find. Burgers, sweets, snacks — you name it. But Reta is honestly wild… instead of turning into some 10k calorie food massacre it basically just let me enjoy the hell out of everything and keep the portions under control.


Came home, stepped on the scale and we’re sitting at 173 lbs. Pretty much right where I left off. After multiple days of carbs, sodium, walking my ass off, and enjoying life — I’ll take that all day.


Most of it is probably just glycogen and water anyway. Honestly I think the little reset was exactly what my body needed.


Now we’re back on the fucking grind.


Current stack:


  • Test 350 mg weekly
  • Mast 100 mg weekly
  • Tren 15 mg daily
  • Anavar 50 mg daily
  • Reta 4 mg

And holy shit boys… the Tren monster and Var pumps are starting to show up. 😂

Yup I’m going fucking hard right now. Popped 2.5 mgs of arimidex on sat. Going to get my blood work done end of the month. I know it’s not going to look great because of the added Tren and Var but hoping to get the E2 down a tad.
