26 years old / 5’10 / 75kg — Pre-Cycle Log | Lean Growth & Long-Term Approach


What’s up guys,

Figured I’d start a proper log leading into my next cycle, which will likely begin in around 6 weeks.

I’m heading to the Philippines for a month starting Tuesday so I’ll be documenting training, food, physique updates, pre-cycle bloodwork once I’m back, recovery, and overall prep while I’m away before deciding on the final setup.


Bit of background:
  • 26 years old
  • 5’10
  • Currently sitting around 75kg after cutting down
  • Training 5–6 days a week and staying consistent year-round (PPL examples attached)
  • Training for almost 3 years
  • First cycle was 350mg test only for 20 weeks
  • Heaviest bodyweight reached was 87kg
  • Labouring work (stonemason) so intense days I’ll eat more to maintain

After that cycle I cruised on 150mg TRT for a short period before deciding to come off and recover naturally instead of committing to long-term TRT this early.

Since then I’ve cut back down and obviously lost some size, but overall I’m happier with how I look now — leaner, tighter, and more athletic overall. Photos attached.

Current diet setup is fairly simple and consistent:
  • Around 200g protein daily
  • 50–100g fats depending on the day
  • Rest of calories from carbs
  • Hitting 2800-3100 calories and weight holding steady

For this next run I’m not really chasing massive scale weight or a super watery bulk. Main priorities are:
  • Quality lean tissue
  • Slower, more maintainable progress
  • Lower side effects
  • A steady longer-term approach rather than an aggressive blast
Current idea is something along the lines of

350mg Test
175mg EQ
Around 20 weeks
Anavar kickstart for the first 4 weeks or Tbol for the final 6 weeks

This log will probably include Travel training/diet updates, I’ll get bloods done before jumping on and final cycle setup decision

Here are some of my current 10rm values. I have also attached my weight during this time as you can see my lifts declined in March which is when PCT started (25th Feb) where I then decided to shed some fat off in April to now. I used HGH/Mk677 10mg 4 weeks leading into PCT and currently running 2iu a night still to try to maintain as much as possible. I only used the mk677 for 6 weeks.

i like anavar tbol move, but eq at 150 better tbh and you taking gear with you? or pin before you go?
Here are some of my current 10rm values. No sorry cycle starts as soon as I’m back in about 4 weeks. Was encouraged to start logging before to get the hang of it! No unfortunately the Marco changes isn’t intentionally I just have a rough aim while trying to eat clean. Will dial in meal plan/prep when in on though. Thanks brother I appreciate the compliment. What do you recommend Marco wise ?

Strength has stalled a bit since finishing my cut but I’m also eating at maintenance so I don’t expect to progress quickly. Any feedback is appreciated

How was your E2 when you ran 350 test by itself?

Regarding your training, you're doing heaps too much hey. That pull day in particular with 13 exercises is crazy. Leg day looks about right though.

Had to run 12.5mg twice a week Aromasin and kept low normal range, I might have actually benefited from less as I didn’t know the power of estrogen. Yeah I have a lot of junk volume. I just enjoy being in the gym so it’s hard to call it quit when I’m burnt out
 
This was Tuesday, I don’t have set days but I just cycle PPL 5 or 6 days a week, rested Monday and today so will be 5 days this week. Will post daily on each session with weights

I had AC joint reconstruction a couple years back and get clicking and discomfort from doing them unless I keep them in top range of motion. Still seeing the physio to get it back to 100%
go slow in that case :D

I’ll definatkey beindful on what I’m eating l, will be hard without a scale and always eating made not made by you. Any good calorie estimate apps? Might even bring my scale
 
Chest day
Had a long/busy day at work and only had 1400 calories by 3pm. Had a refeed by 5 in gym at 7 but still felt weak, still a good session but fell short when trying to push hard. Sleep 8 hours last night. Session attached below and todays macros.

you can use ai to estimate take a pic it does it well

Had a big breakfast at 1000 cals, 6 weekbix, banana, 500ml milk, 40g protein in a shake. Gym felt good and was solid. Tried not to overdo it like I normally do on back day and keep it purposeful. Session is below

yeah I’m not sure why my bench is lagging behind a bit. Yeah no more work for a month and flying out Monday. I’ll be sure to be smashing protein shakes the whole time for sure
