i wouldn't stress out over the 'lost gains'.. your body has body memory so that can be made back. in fact we know that when you lose a lot of mass and gain the mass back that you build more quality mass, because your old muscle tissue is what you are losing first. so you will build new muscle tissue off of memory. the rule with steroids is a matter of opinion but a rule of thumb is half the time you were out. so if you were out a year, give it 6 months before time for steroids.
