It utilizes a 5 day split
Day 1: Legs heavy
Day 2: Upper body heavy
Day 3: off
Day 4: Legs volume
Day 5: shoulders arms volume
Day 6: chest back...
I think the mix is fine. You are doing roughly 150 test, 225 tren and 300 mast per week. I like those weekly dosages.
If you aren't noticing much from your cycle your gear is probably under dosed
Don't come off as a know it all. Doctors hate that. If they sense you might know more than them they will belittle you.
Just keep talking about symptoms - low energy, no libido, can't get an erection etc.
If you really want to maximize weight loss, then do a 3 month water fast....
I don't recommend it but that would maximize total weight lost in the 3 month period
