Hi every one
Thats my 3rd cycle
Im in week 2 of this cycle
I don’t feel any change on my weight tell know
I gained some weight including fats
But really i feel im bloated A little bit
Specially abs and waist

Im 29 y 5’11 204lb 13 bf

My diet plan
250 g 35% carb
90 g. 28 % fat
300 g 40 % protein

can't see your pics man but bloat in the midsection is very common these days

has to do with too much food, too often. our digestive system can only digest so much at a time
 
Your macro ratio looks good. Are you looking to recomp?

I would start your calories at 3,000 and adjust from there

without being with you while you eat your food i can't tell why you are bloated

a lot of foods you think are this many macros or this or that are not. you eat a chicken or steak dinner at a typical restaurant and they will smother your food in hydrogenated oils

You need opinions of what? What's the problem?
Because you feel bloated? Because you gained some fat?

You might be feeling bloated for multiple reasons and just providing your macronutrient breakdown is not gonna tell anything.
We need to know more about you, your lifestyle, nutrition (more detailed) etc.

With this little information it's impossible to help you out.

500mg/week Test E
300mg/week Tren

What's your electrolytes like? Potassium and sodium? You may be getting too much sodium and not enough potassium. Or not enough water intake. All those things sill bloat you

That's a lot of wet compounds. No wonder you are bloated.

Drop the test down to 200mg/week and you'll feel WAY better
