Push day again but verrry tough night. Maybe 4 hours sleep and way to tired so rather than skip i kept my workout easy
I didn't count reps today each sets was to failure.
Seated chest press 50kg
Seated shoulder press 40kg
Triceps pulldowns.. no idea lol
Used.machines as mega tired...
Thanks man. I think with the 2 year old at the moment it might be a mission. She idolises me so lots of my meals have to suit her for her to eat. Once things calm down in a couple of weeks can we revisit this?
Today was pull day but I got interrupted and had to come home so I didn't get to record but loosely

Agree. Ill try again with brown rice and I massively under cut the chicken (rarely cook) . Im trying for some simple recipes that are easy to manage without me getting impatient and going to fats.
