That meal looks nice but way too many carbs and too low protein. @Robules
Agree. Ill try again with brown rice and I massively under cut the chicken (rarely cook) . Im trying for some simple recipes that are easy to manage without me getting impatient and going to fats.

You should start cutting carbs a lot, brown rice sure but at least 70% cut in the carbs with more chicken and more healthy fats. @Robules

I will take this advice on. I dont super agree but suspect you talk from experience. Im trying to keep my hands smooth for @BodyMonster34
100% man. its like catching a ball with sticky gloves, then trying to catch a ball without sticky gloves.
same concept with weight training. you want to lift raw 90-95% of the time
 
Today was pull day but I got interrupted and had to come home so I didn't get to record but loosely

Bicep curls 15kg each
5 sets of 10 reps

Superslow sets x2 at 6 reps

Close grip seated row 70kg
3x12

Wide grip neutral lat pull down 70kg
3x12

30kg each shrug burnout. About 60 reps.

Ill try come back later to redo this one.

I saw a slim (athletic built) lady weighing 60kg at best doing Incline dumbell press at 17kg each (thats my weight) so I'm motivated to push past my comfort zone now... and thanks to hgh and proviron was very hard not to ask her out
