77.9kg

Did a TSH, FT3, FT4 test today. Hopefully we’ll get results tomorrow before the weekend. Curious to see how some of these compounds and current diet have affected thyroid (if affected).

Switched cardio to:
10k+ steps a day
40-50minute stationary bike (enjoying light cardio at the end of the night so I prefer this)

I’ve had a bit of a headache today but felt good energy-wise. I’m not one to really care what the scale says because I understand how weight fluctuations work, but it was definitely a nice surprise to see 77.9kg this morning.

It was also a nice surprise to see a strength increase with the fly machine, I don’t really expect much when it comes to strength increases during dieting, infact, on the contrary—most lifts I’m seeing a slow and steady decline; for example my lateral raises and incline dumbbell presses. I don’t obviously mind it because it means my diet is working and I fully expect to gain everything back and 10x more during a long and drawn out lean bulk.

I say it a lot, but I couldn’t be more happy with how my mental fortitude and appetite have been during this diet. Because I was abusing 10mg of ret/tirz a week while on DNP losing 2kg a week, I was scared 2.5mg wouldn’t hold against the built up hunger, but it turns out, I don’t feel any difference. Obviously I’m not losing that kind of weight anymore and I don’t have insatiable DNP cravings, but still; very impressed.
@playfields back with another good cardio day :D 77.9kg is a good weight for you, and I'm about to respond to your thyroid test.

It was a weird sort of headache… it felt like the right side of my nose and head was very cold.. I think it’s because the effects of the nasal decongestant was running out.

@playfields interesting that you were abusing GLP1 and dnp. i don't see the need to run that much of them or the need to use dnp
dnp is a crappy fat burner

what are you looking to get out of them?

@playingfields

i'm glad your diet is going well
when i used dnp and would eat carbs i would break out in a yellow sweat
stuff is NASTY

DNP gives me insatiable carb cravings so I had to crush it with large doses of tirzepitide lol. Definitely don’t need that much anymore, 2.5mg a week is plenty atm.

@playfields
Yeah, just making sure thyroid is okay from the long and harsh deficit. Bloods came back good.

Stuff is only truly tolerable during the winter. If I was Canadian, I think I would take it every day just to stay warm lol. It’s relatively freezing here in Aus and I couldn’t imagine how cold it gets over there in the Northern Hemisphere.
