Probably for the best to deload until healthier i know for me i cut all Anabolics out till im completely feeling good again lmit inflammation and stress on the immune system.

Started following my program today, will in all likelihood stay at week 1 of the block for 2 weeks before progressing.

I have good sleep hygiene, plus wake up at 3.30am to train 3 days during the week, so when my head hits the pillow I’m out 😁
