Approved Log Grims road to fatness - Testosterone Primobolan Cycle Log

Basic info: Height 6´6, Weight, 265lbs. Running 300mg Test E and 300 Primo.
The program is a modification of the usual DC split, and is done 4x a week.

Day 1 Monday
Chest, shoulders, triceps and back (thickness).
Reverse grip incline bench 1RP 405lbs followed up by a extreme stretch
Hammer strength press 1RP 315lbs x extreme stretch
Close grip bench on smith 1RP 285lbs x extreme stretch
Lat pulldown RP-FULL
Deadlift 2x460lbs for 15 x extreme stretch

Session Tuesday
Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hamstrings, & Quadriceps
Single arm preacher curl (nautilus)1RP 55lbs
Hammer-Curls 1RP 66lbs x extreme stretches
Deadlift of small blocks 2x12 500 with a 3 sec pause at the end of each rep with extreme stretch
Bulgarian drop set of death x extreme quad stretch
 
Also taking out the grill today.
