Stack so far, just waiting on sassy NPP and Test to be delivered and I’ll get bloods mid June possibly start July

Hopefully I can start to increase weight on leg movements to help build them also

Will start logging next week, currently home sick and have been doing my rehab work! Crap appetite at the moment, trying to get food and drink in just no taste buds at the moment and feel full.

Just had MRI and re structuring foot plan to focus more on heel work as it’s lacking! Seeing physio and Exercise Physician weekly too. Will start logging as soon as I can, cheers fellas
