So I missed 195 today.
I think I’ve gotten everything I can from this block. I’ve gone from 180kgx1 to 180kgx3 and a new PR of 192.5kg….so a 12.5kg jump.
The smart thing to do now is take one step back to go three forward…..so run another 12 week program.
Will deload for a week or two then jump into a new program.
The log continues….the setbacks are the things that make us…..if it was easy everyone would be strong and look like an IFBB pro.
