Anyway, top set of bench 192.5kg.
Uneven hand placement, not real happy with the quality of the lift, but it moved okay.

Added 100mg daily @UGL OZ Abadrol this week and I’m happy with it, feeling strong, zero stomach issues - great product.

Big lifts - 6 minutes (squats and bench)
Everything else - 3 minutes, maybe less depending on time constraints.
