Will be adding 100mg of deca to help with the pain relief, learnt last cruise that amount makes a huge difference.
it’s the first time without any pain relief since I was young, tbh struggling with the 1h+ drive to the gym let alone training.
me and the neurosurgeon understand the pros and cons of deca, he agrees it’s better then the amount of medication I was taking a year ago.
