First time using deca, struggled a lot with join & tendon issues in my knee, Achilles & shoulder. Hoping it brings some relief / allows me to push into training a bit more.

what else you notice on EQ? @Coinslinga any changes to appetite? any issues with hematocrit or bp?
Bit hungrier than usual having to keep a lid on food for now, want to wait for more saturation til I drive food up.

hematocrit top normal range, usually don’t notice too bad increase for me on eq which is good.
