First time posting here, running a log for the boys over at Sassy’s Pharmaceuticals. Cruising for another 4 weeks before I pull bloods & go.


Cycle/Log Outcome Goals:
Goal: Mass gain with a focus on adding density to arms, chest, and delts.

Current Plan: Small deficit for now to tidy up and re-stimulate appetite, with an aim to bulk and hit close to 100kg in 20 weeks.

  • Age: 25
  • Height: 176 cm
  • Current Weight: 91.5 kg
  • Goal Weight: 100 kg (in 20 weeks)
  • Current Physique: see pics
  • Coach: N/A

Current Cycle or Plan​

  • Current Cycle: Cruising on 175 mg of Test & 5iu growth.
  • Cycle Plan:
    • Starting with 250 mg Test / 250 mg EQ / 100 mg Deca.
    • Titrate by 50 mg weekly until reaching peak doses of around:
      • 500 mg Test
      • 400 mg EQ
      • 300 mg Deca
      • 5iu GH
    • Ancillaries/Support: Telmisartan if needed for blood pressure regulation. Aromasin if needed.

Compounds & Dosages​

  • Testosterone (Test): 250 mg to 500 mg per week (gradual titration)
  • Equipoise (EQ): 250 mg to 400 mg per week (gradual titration)
  • Deca Durabolin (Deca): 100 mg to 300 mg per week (gradual titration)

    • Carbs: 460 g
    • Fats: 60 g
    • Calories: 3420 kcal
  • Non-Training Day Macros:
    • Protein: 260 g
    • Carbs: 375 g
    • Fats: 80 g
    • Calories: 3260
  • Dietary Approach: Small deficit for now to clean up and re-stimulate appetite before transitioning to a larger surplus in the coming weeks.
    • Fats on non-training days are kept higher to support HDL and insulin sensitivity.

You are a BEAST!! That cycle is going to make you grow. You have your dietary intake parameters posted, but will you please also log what you will be eating on the daily?

@MarkNV I was talking to a few Aussies, I see @Freki eats kangaroo and @Pigsy talks about it. I think Goat meat is close, try goat. :D
