preserving

I think this is a pretty interesting topic. I know I've read tons and tons of posts about "boring diets".... yes, I'm sure when you eat the same old stuff day after day it gets boring....but you don't have to. I preserve so many things. ...I modify lots of recipes to eliminate sugar, salt...
