Making this a log upon request

Lifting for over 15 years. Life has happened and gotten in the way of training. First cycle in 2007 of pro hormones IYKYK. On and off them for years until 2014 first cycle was Sustanon only shitty UGL from the bro. Off cycle for years and started TRT in 2021 been on since. Accumulated my stash of goodies, got to a solid place before starting a mass phase then injured last year and completely set me back. So now with so much on hand and wanting to help my joints out some current cycle is below.

90mg Test C / 30mg Test P / 60mg NPP weekly. Split into 3 separate pins a week M,W,F. 3iu GH EOD (hyper responder) puts me in the 300s IGF1. 5iu EOD puts me in the high 500s which I don’t prefer the risks to reward at that point. 5mg Tirz weekly, 3mg Sunday & 2mg Wednesday.

Also am a hyper responder to gear due to naturally low SHBG and very high free T. Messed about in Feb for 5-6 weeks before pulling labs just to see what 300mg Test C & 1500iu HCG a week would look like and free T was in the high 400s.

Have Enalapril, Telmisartan, Metformin ER on hand if needed.

Supps - 10000 Nattokinase, 4000 Astragalus, fishoil, ubiqunol, taurine, magnesium glycinate honestly too many damn supps to list lol.

Meds - Levothyroxine 100mcg in AM for autoimmune thyroid issues, rosuvastatin 5mg nightly to keep lipids great.

Health stats - RHR 58, Avg BP 117/67, 6’-3” 284lbs as of today from a few days off diet from traveling due to medical issues I prefer not to discuss.

Planning to run the current protocol for 20-24 weeks. Currently on week 4 now. Lowest I’ve been to is 277 the past month but other meds I’m on + traveling and diet / training not being able to be spot on have made things difficult to keep a good rhythm. Should be a lot less traveling now so locking in will be easier.

Current Lifting Plan - Upper/Lower, Rest Upper/Lower Rest, Rest. Cardio is LISS what I can manage daily about 30-40 mins walking 2.5-3mph on treadmill.

Full transparency the pain medication I’m on makes weight loss extremely difficult. Pregabalin (nerve pain medication) causes alot of water weight masking scale weight loss. Oxycodone also doesn't help bur doesn't hurt progress as much as pregabalin. Lexapro 10mg as well doesn't help.

Calories are avg 2000-2400. Rest days are 200-220g protein, 100-150g carbs, 70-80g fats. Lifting days 200g protein, 250-350g carbs, 50-70g fats.

Won’t be posting pics but will be posting how things are going. Open to any tweaks or changes etc.

you really need to post pics, just blur your face and tats. At 6'3 284 lbs with tirzepatide, GH, NPP, pain meds, pregabalin water weight and diet changes, the scale can lie hard, so pics are crucial to see real changes in waist, bodyfat, fullness, posture and whether this plan is actually moving you forward.

Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger

The doses when these labs were done are 3iu dosed EOD generics, 90mg Test C, 30mg Test P, 60mg NPP weekly split into 3 times a week injections. No AI.

Trust me when I say you look strong and have a great base physique! You have great arms and a good lat spread with a strong wide back. We can strip off some fat to show this off but that's no biggie at all. The first pics I posted in my 2025 log of my at 270lbs when I was an alcoholic and a total mess were tough for me to post too but there was no judgement here and now I'm down to 187lbs this morning and it was all with the help of EVO and the amazing community here. It's very obvious to me you've been lifting for a long while I can see it in your build.
I see you're on some meds and thank you for sharing this with us and trusting the EVO Family with your personal story. Congrats on 277lbs bro this was almost the exact weight I was when I started on EVO and over only one year I lost it all and went down under 200lbs and staying steady

Hey boss, these pics should answer some of your questions. Sorry for formatting answering best I can on my phone.

Recent Avg BP is 119/70 HR 62. My RHR last year before I got hurt was in the low 50s and has since gone up due to chronic pain I’m in everyday hence all the pain meds.

Are you taking high doses Vitamin C? No because it drives up my RBC way to high when I was only taking 1000mg daily had to phlebotomize and tanked my ferritin like a dummy.
how much creatine do you use ed? I was using 5g but have completely stopped for now as was throwing off my kidney labs.
what digestive supps you use? Standard probiotics.
digestive enzymes?
multis? I take a men’s multi yes, alongside Vit D & K separately.
probiotics? Yes.
psyllium husk? Had to move to miralax because the opioids and the Tirz.

you have a prescription for this for how long? thyroid meds. Yes I take levothyroxine 100mcg daily in AM have hashimotos, found out in 2021.

Yes pain meds are all prescribed to get through the day. I hurt myself last year and it resulted in a crazy condtion I don’t want to really get into but I’m working through it. Hopefully going to be able to ween off all of it in next few months.

Once I get the rest of bloods I will post them 👍😁

For reference this is what I was looking like hovering in the 220s, got down to 215 before I injured myself last year and resulted in the craziness that is now my life. Was bed ridden for almost 4 months last year and my life has completely changed due to such limited activity and ability to be on my feet at the moment but I’m making do with what I got and will get back here, hell beat this physique. This was all achieved during a LONG horrible cut doing psmf diet on poverty cals basically and on a fertility protocol of HCG + FSH to get enough nut collected at the clinic for IVF. It was horrible, had been off my TRT for almost 2 years. Just started up again late December 2025.

Ok now let’s get down to the meat and potatoes.

20 week aggressive cut.
200-300 mgs of test weekly
2mg Reta titrate up every 2 weeks

Cruise for 8 weeks at or just below maintenance

Depending on BF % at this point either aggressive cut again for 16 weeks or bulk but I think you’ll still need to cut.

Run the same stack but this time maybe add in primo or masteron.

Good lord willing you’ll be around 12-16% bf after this.

Appreciate the input man! I’m already on the compounds and doses above, this is week 5 I bumped the Tirz to 7.5mg a week split. 5mg Sunday morning and 2.5mg Wednesday evening. Last week I bumped test from 120mg a week to 210mg & NPP to 105mg pinning daily amounts of .35ml total (.10ml test p 10mg, .10ml test c 20mg and .15ml NPP 15mg) and I added in proviron at 25mg a day yesterday because I have alot laying around to use so why not. I would think my daily calories / macros now are pretty damn aggressive. They are aggressive as hell while still allowing me to take all my pain meds without getting nauseous.
