Making this a log upon request
Lifting for over 15 years. Life has happened and gotten in the way of training. First cycle in 2007 of pro hormones IYKYK. On and off them for years until 2014 first cycle was Sustanon only shitty UGL from the bro. Off cycle for years and started TRT in 2021 been on since. Accumulated my stash of goodies, got to a solid place before starting a mass phase then injured last year and completely set me back. So now with so much on hand and wanting to help my joints out some current cycle is below.
90mg Test C / 30mg Test P / 60mg NPP weekly. Split into 3 separate pins a week M,W,F. 3iu GH EOD (hyper responder) puts me in the 300s IGF1. 5iu EOD puts me in the high 500s which I don’t prefer the risks to reward at that point. 5mg Tirz weekly, 3mg Sunday & 2mg Wednesday.
Also am a hyper responder to gear due to naturally low SHBG and very high free T. Messed about in Feb for 5-6 weeks before pulling labs just to see what 300mg Test C & 1500iu HCG a week would look like and free T was in the high 400s.
Have Enalapril, Telmisartan, Metformin ER on hand if needed.
Supps - 10000 Nattokinase, 4000 Astragalus, fishoil, ubiqunol, taurine, magnesium glycinate honestly too many damn supps to list lol.
Meds - Levothyroxine 100mcg in AM for autoimmune thyroid issues, rosuvastatin 5mg nightly to keep lipids great.
Health stats - RHR 58, Avg BP 117/67, 6’-3” 284lbs as of today from a few days off diet from traveling due to medical issues I prefer not to discuss.
Planning to run the current protocol for 20-24 weeks. Currently on week 4 now. Lowest I’ve been to is 277 the past month but other meds I’m on + traveling and diet / training not being able to be spot on have made things difficult to keep a good rhythm. Should be a lot less traveling now so locking in will be easier.
Current Lifting Plan - Upper/Lower, Rest Upper/Lower Rest, Rest. Cardio is LISS what I can manage daily about 30-40 mins walking 2.5-3mph on treadmill.
Full transparency the pain medication I’m on makes weight loss extremely difficult. Pregabalin (nerve pain medication) causes alot of water weight masking scale weight loss. Oxycodone also doesn't help bur doesn't hurt progress as much as pregabalin. Lexapro 10mg as well doesn't help.
Calories are avg 2000-2400. Rest days are 200-220g protein, 100-150g carbs, 70-80g fats. Lifting days 200g protein, 250-350g carbs, 50-70g fats.
Won’t be posting pics but will be posting how things are going. Open to any tweaks or changes etc.
