I dosed 11-oxo with my first cycle. Its seemed to work well with sarms. I think its mainly used to lower cortisol levels and its also a very mild pro-hormone. Not sure about 6-oxo. Hope this helps!
6-oxo is 6-trione an aromatase inhibitor, and 11-oxo aka Adrenosterone is a cortisol suppressant. 11-oxo is more effective at doing its job when compared to 6trione.

Just wanted to add a couple of things, 11-oxo cant combat estrogen, whereas 6-oxo by its structure can, but its also very androgenic, and a lot harsher than 11-oxo.
YUP, it converts to esterone, not really that good of a thing....

Ehh not potent just has a metabolite that compares to andro that is all, not worth the use.
