Today’s session was chest and shoulders, and the intensity was dialed all the way up. Every press had that deep burn that hits harder each week as the numbers climb. Strength is trending in the right direction heavier loads, tighter control, and reps that keep creeping upward. Chest was smoked by the end, shoulders weren’t far behind, exactly the kind of session that leaves you feeling like you actually did something.

Missed my morning cardio slot, but I made up for it with a solid 35 minutes post-lift, so the day still balanced out. Confidence has been sky high lately, walking around feeling like the unit of the gym, until a legit monster walks in and instantly reminds me there’s always a bigger fish in the pond lol
Picked up an Oura Ring too. Sleep and recovery tracking are about to get way more precise, and I’m pretty hyped to see what tightening up that side of things does for progress. All in all, everything is moving in the right direction. The momentum feels real 👌
