Auschemlabs now scamming?

Anyone heard from sdmonster in the last month? I put in an order a month ago and order is still processing. His email account has been deleted and he's not responding to wickr. I put the order in a day after one of his updates which said orders were going through as per normal. Website is still taking orders and money. Don't put any orders in until he's responding to messages. He mentions on his website that he never scams but can sometimes be held up. A month without any communication is just as bad as scamming for me.

I hate to be a di*k mate but you get what you pay for. You didn't use an approved source and now you are getting scammed, sorry but this is a fact that would happen.

UPDATE*** I've received an email from him today with an update of "The reason why orders have been inconsistent is due to the priority we have for customer and infrastructure security". He's been a stand up guy previously, going out of his way to help me. A reply to one of my many previous wickr messages would have sufficed though.
