bloods are not bad but test is high, this was natty test level? @TRTGoodEnoughForMe or what dose?

Just concerned about red blood cell count, hematocrit, etc. It's trending upwards, and I'm only on 120mg per week. That other guy on 500mg per week has a lower hematocrit than me lol. So yeah, 120mg per week puts me right at the top of the range, so I can still claim natty right?

120mg can still push RBC and hematocrit up if you respond hard. I would check iron and ferritin.

if 120mg has you top of range then food, training, steps and clean bloods matter more than chasing 500mg right now :D @TRTGoodEnoughForMe you seen our other logs?
 
Placed my first order with AuStarLabs a few weeks back. Just for test E, a trial I guess. They provided a tracking number on Friday, but it's been quite a delay in shipping. Rob has been really good with communication. I just wanted to check if anyone else was in the same boat? Anyone else experiencing delays?
Same here. Waiting for two orders. One of the orders were placed a month ago and haven't received tracking for yet. Not sure what's going on.

He said it's an internal thing with wrong orders, packers etc etc. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting the run around, and it seems like it's just a momentary thing. Hopefully we get our stuff soon mate, I did receive a tracking number on Friday.

Also the same here. Been a few weeks now the communication from Rob is good. Hopefully turns up soon so I can place another order as first order was a test run.

I'll try to get some pics up soon, but my mirrors at home aren't the best. The ones at the gym I can't take my shirt of for and the ones in the changing room the lighting is a bit shit (im ginger, so my skin is fair and doesn't show cuts like normal people haha).

I'm 5' 8'' (173cm approx), 76kgs and about 15-18% body fat id estimate. My arms and legs are super lean and pretty good size for my build. Chest is popping, broad and thick, shoulders are coming in now too due to spamming lateral raises and pressing movements, back is pretty thick and wide. The only thing letting my physique down at the moment is a bit of fat around the lower stomach (it's so annoying) and back. I just carry fat in those areas and literally nowhere else; my chest is pretty lean. I was a bit leaner before, but have been trying to get some more food in lately, but it seems to just be creating extra fat around my bottom abs.

I do alot of barbell stuff, but also tons of accessories. 2 leg days every 4th workout or so, shoulders and arms, back, chest, delts (sometimes arms if I'm feeling like a monster sesh) and a dedicated arm sesh, so 5 day kind of bro split thing going on. I train at City Fitness (Lol I know) but the one I go to has good equipment and it's cheap, and the black card enables me to train anywhere in Auckland (good because I'm trying to date girls who want to workout ;).

I hit 30 mins of cardio most workout days, my diet is healthy, but i'm not shy of eating what I want, when I want. I'm hitting decent weights on squats (130kg for 4-5 reps, 100kgs for 10 reps). Bench (90kg for 4 reps, 80kg for 6 reps). Overhead press (60kg for 5 reps, 50kg for 8 reps) Can do 5 4 sets 7 reps of strict form wider grip pull ups.

This is all with 7 months of training on a 120mg TRT dose, I train hard, would be amazed to see how i'd be looking on a cycle or a higher test dose.
