You don't need extremely high protein to build or to hold muscle. It's more about consistent macros over a course of time frame. 2500k cals works well for my cut to keep me at 96kg while sitting at 8%. While 2100k cals will be bring me in %5 range at 90kg. So it's something that you should productively monitor what works for you.
3500k cals and I can clean bulk... While staying at %10. It takes time to work this out...

Yes I can totally agree ozzyjuice, Have had three shots since that first one, and all been absolutely fine since, got a good trem cough off my shot today, seem to get that when I inject into the shoulder, I would def say accurately dosed, as I get all the trem sides nearly straight after each shot, Diavolo/Matrix/Alpha, are all gtg, have tried all three brands now and couldn't be happier. great price/great service/great product.

As an expert in the field of Alcohol & Other Drugs & Mental Health with over 15 years therapeutic experience I would suggest you talk to a GP to be honest. I don't say this to be rude brother but If you need Xanax for a legit reason then
This would be your best bet. Xanax should be taken with caution & not abused.

Sorry to sound so full on but I'm Just urging you guys to be safe when using benzo's. If it's needed because of sides associated with certain gear it would be advised to cycle something different . this forum has been great to me so far in finding quality gear and pharama pct products, just wondering if ppl have a legit pharma accutane source. been to doc and a few different dermatologists in sydney and no one will prescribe it. or if any sydney brahs know a derma that will prescribe it. thanks

Not too different from mine

Week1-2 aromasin 12.5mg ed

Clomid 100mg/50mg/50mg/50mg
Nolva 40mg/20mg/20mg/10mg
D aspartic acid and tribulus throughtout pct

I find I react find with clomid but for some people 100mg would be too much. For me it gets my nuts straight back into action haha
 
Also sometimes have used hcg throughout cycle with breaks every few weeks. Dont always do this tho but it deffo helps a bit and stops testicular shrinkage whilst on cycle atleast

That looks like a solid pct bro, mind is exactly the same for my upcoming cycle but wondering why the asin the first to weeks? Won't the estrogen levels be in check from using the asin during cycle and the waiting time between cycle and pct?

Unfortunately for me. Clomid makes my back break out. Don't suffer from acne on cycle only in pct. Sad times lol. But still use it
I usually add unleashed and hcgenerate in the mix.
Hcg for two weeks after last pin 1000iu every second day
Pct
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20
Unleashed
hcgenerate
D aspartic acid

My pct always runs weeks due to longer cycles
 
@plat, good solid pct. As usual bro you're all over it. Good to see and interesting we're all pretty similar. There's a few there I haven't used. The D aspartic acid I've seen on forums and net but haven't tried it. Good stuff ?
 
@zoukata I used d aspartic acid for the first time in the last pct. I didnt have unleashed and used a product by wicked supplements called res100. I will definitely be using it again along with d aspartic acid.

Cheers bro, ive spoken to you before about them, did you get good results from igf1? Just curious what dosage was best for yourself?
 
Yeah great results, ran it 6 weeks at 70mcg after each workout and noticed a difference. Another note, I was nursing a elbow tear while running tb500 and bpc157 and it healed withing 8 weeks. I was looking at surgery and ran it as a last resort, i was lucky it Paid off for me
 
Anyone have feedback on mod grf (nondac) ipam and ghrp2? Been running them for about 3 months now and 6 months more to go, its a long term commitment due to the time it takes to have full potential

Are you using it as a pre workout? I always used it post for recovery purposes and etc... i use dbol as a pre workout lol
 
Post workout, no AAS atm just igf lr3 on its own. I know it works synergistically with AAS, will be starting dbol test and eq in a few weeks
 
Not sure about anyone else but i cycle igf, 4 to 6 on then same off. Run everything else permanently lol... side info; deca raises igf apparently too
 
Anybody know where I can find accurately dosed Anavar? From what I've read about even Lambo Anavar seems to be underdosed (may be due to the raws and not the lab itself).
 
Give Alpha Anabolics a go for their Anavar, My mrs using it, at 10 mg a day with great results, a lot of good feed back coming from Alpha gear bro
 
Whilst we are on this, who makes the best dbol in your opinion. I thought lambos dbol was great but prior to that id only had english made stuff due to living there.

Also would you rate alpha/ matrix over lambo for oils or are they on par? Cheers guys

Probably the best dbol are legit blue hearts. I was impressed by lambo dbol for the price though.

The lambo oils I've used were very good also.
 
I remember one of my best cycles inc the good ol ugloz
And meditech which was a ugl as well but never saw alot if after that.
As of know im running lambo oils and im not sure whether its influenced me but god damn ive never seen my arm veins pop out so badly lol.
I was going to try hypertrophy but as long as this keeps happening ill b sticking with lambo.
Not a fan of orals tried the lambo dbol and instantly felt like a build up if estro and had to stop.
I had the same effect with ds danabol bluehearts so not for me :(

Ugl oz were the good days!

Medi var has turned to shit. Same with the latest batch of clen. Original guy importing the raws got out and since then turned to shit.

The var was ok had nothing to compare to as was my first run on it awhile back . Brewing your own is always best and trust where your Raws come from when you been in the game for a long time you learn a thing or 2 along the way...
 
Cheers for reply guys. I had dbol 5 times in my life and tbh the lambo was the best i have ever had. Very impressed. I tried their var and wasnt as impressed but my body fat was slightly higher than it should have been so this was probably a contributing factor.

Var will shine at lower bf but should still have got good pumps out of it.

Didn't get bloods done at the time
Got the pumps from var and fatloss just didn't have anything to compare to at the time as was first run on var
With oils I've deff had better with diff labs just wanted to try it out see about all the hype
 
Blue hearts are always a favourite of dbol fans. . .
In terms of which local stuff. Merely a preference between Apples and oranges.
